We are so happy with the easy clean up, easy to use, and how well everything cooks with our new Elite Multi Grill/Griddle. We used it 3 times in the first week. The bacon came out crispy. Their pumpkin Belgian waffle recipe is fantastic!

I made waffles the day after I received this waffle maker. My family now wants waffles every day. Waffles are delicious and machine is so easy to operate. Waffle maker is gorgeous also

Fabulous! We were so disappointed to have to get rid of our old waffle maker and panini press because they had toxic plates. These are wonderful, non toxic and super easy to clean!

I got this as a gift, an expensive gift, and it is junk. The removable plates are not securely attached, they only have two feet and one hook to keep it “secure”. The hook bends all the time when you lift up the iron to take out your waffles, so the waffles get trapped between the two plates (the top one now detached) with no way to lift it up. I contacted Greenpan support with NO reply. The removable plates are a joke.

The griddle option makes amazing panini and grilled cheese. The grill option is fantastic for veggies and well cooked side dishes. The versatility of the plates makes it feel like two products in one! It preheats quickly and the buttons and controls show you exactly what the temperature and the time is. The instruction booklet contains a chart that shows you the correct temperature for different items. Cleaning this is so easy. It's a non stick surface and the pans come off easily with a click of a button. It is sleek and looks great on the counter without taking up a lot of space or making a mess. It looks and feels durable and of high quality . I use this product SO much. Its versatility has made it something that I truly reach for almost daily. I highly recommend this product. It's a healthy and versatile product that a home chef should truly have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This griddle was perfect and exactly what I needed. I have made burgers, chicken, quesadillas, on the grill but it's perfect for sandwiches. I feel like when I do make one it's perfect and what I would pay good amount of money for. The griddle is perfect to control or adjust depending on what you are making and would recommend it for anyone who is looking for one. You do have to be careful with it like most griddles. Easy to use right out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I unboxed this, it's heavy enough to feel the sturdy, but I can still lift it from the floor up on to the kitchen counter. Preheat time is fantastic, it gets hot in a minute. I love that the two plates can be heated separately so I can use one side (bottom) for some of the cooking. Temperature control is also easy with knob twisting and I think it's safe to quickly adjust the temperature to prevent burning stuffs. I made a fried egg with the flat plate but I wish the power cord could be longer enough to reach the outlet from the dinner table so it could be perfect for a short rib dinner right at the table.
