Terrible - 3 out of 5 stars review7/14/2020So if you mistakenly bought this thinking it would taste like how it used to like I did, I have a way to make it actually taste good. Buy one of the big jars of sliced, pickled jalapeños. When warming up the cheese, pour the jalapeño juice and add the jalapeños into the cheese and stir until you get your desired consistency. If it still tastes salty or bitter, add a splash of milk. Add jalapeño juice and jalapeños to your liking, just play with it. TRUST ME ON THIS! Makes it 10x better.

Ly - 1 out of 5 stars review11/10/2019My extended family and I have been enjoying Members Mark Nacho cheese for years then all of a sudden it started tasting very different and not good. We at first thought it was just a bad batch but we looked further into it and nop not a bad batch but they went and changed the recipe. The main change was replaced aged cheese with vegetable oil!!! What? Why would you do this? We want our old recipe back. That was very sneaky. We do not like the change.

I noticed the can looked different but thought they may be rebranding. No. This is terrible. I had no problem opening it, tasting it and throwing it away. They need to bring back the old brand. It was delicious.

Tiff - 2 out of 5 stars review11/28/2021So I been lactose for my whole life, I got this cheese for my husband who loves nachos, trying to save a bit of money you know? Well I ended up with a week long allergic reaction thinking it was my cat,laundry detergent and body wash. I got rid of all three of those things. THEN I find out I’m allergic to this cheese because over thanksgiving I put some in the Mac n cheese I make for everyone and BOOOOM I had some and BOOM allergic reaction got worst ended up in the hospital for 3 days in a row. Buyer beware I know everyone is different but I only thought I was lactose my life is changed forever. All over a $7 tub of nacho cheese..

i like sams - 4 out of 5 stars review12/5/2022Decent. Not as cheesy as we wanted, but I’ve had worse. It does show a sharpness level of 1 out of 5 on the label, whereas the CHEDDAR CHEESE SAUCE made by the same company (Bay Valley) shows a sharpness level of 3 out of 5. Going to try that one next.

ACK - 2 out of 5 stars review5/19/2018This cheese is not near as good as the old brand they had several years ago. The original brand was good. I don't recall what it was. Then, they went to Daily Chef which was about 3 stars. Now they went with this stuff which has me shopping around to find Rosarita nacho cheese which is about 4 stars.

Disappointed - 1 out of 5 stars review3/14/2023We always have nacho cheese sauce at parties and gatherings and always end up with an empty crock pot. Purchased this as my two preferred big box stores did not have their usual brands in stock. The color is an artificial almost neon orange. It was also so thick I had to add milk to get my usual velvety consistency. The flavor was lacking, tasted artificial and although a large party, had most of it left over. Do yourself a favor a purchase another brand. Yuck! What a waste of money and presentation at a party!

HIGINIA - 1 out of 5 stars review8/2/2021Compared to the Members Mark brand nacho cheese.. this is disgusting. Do NOT buy at any cost. It does not hold well (in heat) and will separate as soon as it is hot. It needs constant stirring because the solid and liquid parts of the "cheese" separate. It is NOT good tasting. Ugh. Such a disappointment. Will NEVER buy again.

lelu221 - 5 out of 5 stars review4/16/2018Reading the reviews we were very scared as to we have used the Daily Chef Nacho Cheese for the last two years in our concession at a annual Truck Show that has brought us many rave reviews! We started looking elsewhere and were very disappointed in what we found. So on 4-21-2018 we talked with a lady in the store and she said "she hasn't noticed a difference and used it all basketball season" with no complaints. Well we purchased a can to do a test menu and, IT IS THE SAME AS LAST TWO YEARS! Such a load off our backs! So we will be purchasing this for our event in the next two weeks!!! So glad we tried it for ourselves!!!!!!!

Yennie83 - 1 out of 5 stars review8/9/2021The previous Member's Mark cheese was way better than this nasty stuff. It has absolutely no flavor and has a weird Sheen to it. Looks like plastic! Thought I'd try one can to see what it was like after Sam's discontinued the Member's Mark brand. Don't waste your money!! Not to mention it's a dollar more a can than the previous better cheese. Bad move by Sam's. Just order the Gold Medal nacho cheese sauce online, the cans will be beat up but it tastes much better!! Just put some jalapeno juice in it and chop up some jalapenos. Makes it super tasty!!

I didn't care for the taste and I didn't detect any 'nacho' flavor. I also thought it was rather thick and the color was too orange. We used it for our nacho station at a birthday party and no one came back for seconds, which never happens because nachos are typically a crowd pleaser. I was in a time crunch and didn't taste it first. I wish I had because it needed some help, like milk and spices. I usually don't have to add anything to the other cheese sauce brands we normally purchase for events. Needless to say, over half of it was leftover.

Which it was ok, but just then I just brought a can that is horrible is like you are eating chemicals it has a nasty taste I didn’t give it to my family I don’t think this is save to eat don’t buy! I didn’t see the reviews until now and I do understand where people are coming from. Really don’t buy !! Too bad i can not give them no stars !!

Our family of four went through it in about a week. We used to it with chips and on hot dogs. I’ll be buying more this week!

Now that I’m an adult I thought I’d try to relive some camp memories and buy this. Huge mistake. It tastes nothing like what I used to eat. I heated one serving and it tastes like chemicals. Burned chemicals at that. Do not recommend.
