[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this prior to Memorial day, knowing it would be a great addition for our backyard and pool. I purchased professional installation as well. The only drawback to the installation was the gazebo set in my garage until late July waiting for the installers to arrive. I had an early June date originally and they cancelled on me. Once the gazebo was erected it was everything I though it would be. I added a ceiling fan, roller shade to one side and towel rack for pool towels. It provides nice shade for hot days and cover for my backyard grilling. Overall a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and assembled my gazebo 5 months ago and it was pretty simple to assemble. Everything could be put together by yourself if you want (I'd still recommend 2 folks) except for putting the roof panels up. Your gonna want to get one or two stronger folk to help you with that, but still wasn't to bad. Two members were damaged upon delivery but the company was pretty quick with sending replacements with no questions asked. Overall pleased with the gazebo, looks great, is quite sturdy (I live in a windy area and it doesn't budge), and the electrical power outlet attachment is definitely nice (especially for straining lights up).

We have had trouble finding a nice gazebo to put on our deck. Where we live, we tend to have wind even when it is not a windy day. Last month, we had a wind storm with gusts up to 75 miles per hour. This gazebo is still standing. Not only is this gazebo very durable with weather, it is very beautiful to look at. We are very happy with our purchase. Putting the gazebo together could be a challenge for some. Basically you are building this yourself except everything is already cut and drilled to put together. Directions are very good and all the pieces had holes drilled correctly. It will take at least 3 people to install the roof. Expect to take more than one day to put this together. We have no complains with our purchase of this gazebo. I would recommend this for its beauty and durability.

Overall very good kit. I’m an above-average handyman w construction experience. Having the right tools such as good drill, impact drill, extra construction clamps and hammer drill for concrete is important. Three strong people for roof install is a must. Not just for lifting but also moving the roof around to get it all square and booting together. We had some big gaps between roof panels that required moving panels and clamping hard. BILT app and paper instructions are very good. Blue plastic covering on sheet metal is a bear. That took an hour or more all-in peeling off the plastic as it tore in small pieces. There must be a better way to protect the metal. I’m a little concerned about the “corrosion resistant” metal. Saw some evidence of rust already and the panels get scratched a little during assembly. Plan to get brown touch up paint to cover scratches but hope the roof holds up for more than year or two! The pavilion looks great and seems sturdy. Overall I’m very pleased.

We had been wanting a pavilion type cover for several years. We had several estimates, but just didn’t want to pay the price! When we came across this jewel and were impressed with the fact that the wood is cedar, we decided this is the one! We had it installed this past summer and absolutely love it! We did have to have help putting it together, but boy was it worth it! We are pleased with the look, the finish and the quality! People that visit always comment about what a good addition it is to our backyard!

This an amazing gazebo that has a high end look at a fraction of the price, using the bilt app makes this build so easy with voice and 3d graphics I was amazed that even I could build this with a little help from my sons highly recommend. Did have only one hiccup pack was missing 2 boards but had extra 2 of another, nuts bolts & washers all come with extra spares, or at least I hope they were (lol)

I ordered this and had it shipped to me because it was so heavy. It took 2-3 people to put it together over the course of a few days. Not the easiest to put together but everything is great quality, it's sturdy and looks great, use it almost everyday, put it outside our patio to cover grill.

We bought this and recommend getting the install as they did a great job and it looks just like the picture! Wonderful! Was missing a couple parts and the installer made sure to order and said let them know when they are there and they would come back and add the parts. Can tell you how well everything went and we love or gazebo!!!! Sent a picture to our friend and he bought one too and had installed. He loves his too!

We purchased 3 acres in the country and built our homes. We needed a perfect spot to relax and entertain friends. This gazebo fills the bill for relaxing in the afternoon listening to the birds or entertaining friends in our new relaxing country home. Eventually, we are building a pond area in front of the gazebo for additional country relaxation.

A lot of help, sometimes is hard to zoom in the actual part of the item that you need to take a look even closer, I found a mistake on one of the last steps, they missed called a piece of wood, I was able to find the right piece thanks to the paper instructions that came with the gazebo, but overall it would save you time thanks to the clear 3D instructions.
