we bought this as a replacement for an open roofed version of one of your pergolas. the instructions were OK...not great but Ok. you will need at least 2 people for parts buildiong then 3 or 4 stronger people for the roof attachment portion. overall we love it and would recommend it

We put guttering on the side of it that meets with the house so when it rains, we have a completely dry walkway out onto the patio. I can't say enough good things about it!!

Remodified the roof trim to underneath the tin roofing instead of over the top. Pieces of lumber need to be marked a little better. Though now that it is complete it adds more appeal to our yard.

Let me syart by sayonf I dont wrie reviews but was so impressed with this I wanted to share my thought and give credit where credit is due. My mom purchased this after having 2 steel frame with cloth covers for the past several years with the hassle of trying to get replacemnt covers. I researched the Cordova. We live in Northeast and need to have at least 40 pound per square foot snow load. This exceeded the regional snow rating and I also liked the all wood frame construction. I've built alot of things over many years from house framing to steel buildings and am usually dissappointed with kit type products being a professional. This was really easy to put together and alot of detail was put into the design as well as the assembly manual. Everything was very clear and easy to follow step by step. As long as you can read and have some skill I thing even someone without extensive construction skills could assemble one of these. I am completely satisfied with the finished product it goes beyond my expectations and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice product at a reasonble price.

We did pay the extra and have it delivered and installed. Gazebo is great, installation was great. Quality is great. We are very happy!!!!

We purchased this through Sam's Club. The main reason we went with this brand is that it is rates for 100mph winds. The other brands were farliwe, often only in the 40mph range. We live in Florida so this is especially important. My husband built it largely by himself, got some help from a friend to lift certain sections. The one downside is that there are no accessories sold specifically for this model, such as a bar counter or screen kit.

We had some very strong winds over the weekend and were happy to see it didn't even budge the gazebo. Very happy with it so far!

Bought this last month. Had it delivered. The delivery was quick and the delivery people extra helpful. We also paid the extra to have it assembled for us. Well worth the extra cost! The product is well built and very attractive. Can't wait to start entertaining.
