[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gazebo is beautiful and functional. It adds a lovely covered space to my backyard and allows us to be outside more. It is a great place to sit under in a rainstorm or when the sun is beating down. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a cover over my Hot Tub. It’s very solid and well built. Used the service to have it built. Many parts and instructions are complex. I highly recommend professional assembly and installation.

We love our gazebo. We added lights and a fan. My husband and I come out in the evenings just to sit and relax. It's like a staycation. We had a graduation party yesterday and got so many compliments on it. We plan to add a shade on one side for the sun for longer hours of enjoyment!

Let's be honest during this review. You will go to YouTube for advice, you will probably reach out to the vendor where the product was purchased, BUT this will be an EXTREMELY HONEST but brief review (from my personal experience). 1. Pleaseeeeeeee, have at LEAST (3) people to help if you opt to DIY. As an FYI, my husband only had myself (and the use of (3+) ladders) 2. Take your time, and don't skip steps. 3. Once completed... take the time to ENJOY your new space! We celebrated immediately with wine and cocktails. :) 4. This gazebo is BEAUTIFUL! It has changed the whole dynamic of your backyard. Even our neighbor (from across the street) had to tell us how nice it is! We are VERY HAPPY with this gazebo!

This an amazing gazebo that has a high end look at a fraction of the price, using the bilt app makes this build so easy with voice and 3d graphics I was amazed that even I could build this with a little help from my sons highly recommend. Did have only one hiccup pack was missing 2 boards but had extra 2 of another, nuts bolts & washers all come with extra spares, or at least I hope they were (lol)

Bought this a couple months ago. Delivered to my driveway as promised and on time. Paid for the install crew - who were also on time and easy to work with. They set the whole thing up super efficiently - like a few hours and done. Would have taken me a couple days. Value for the price in todays market is GREAT.

I liked that the 6 boxes fit into a pickup truck and that nothing was damaged because everything was packaged well. It took two old guys (myself and my brother-in-law) 3 days to put it together but a couple younger guys could have done it in a day and a half. The measurements provided by Backyard were correct and it fit perfect on my new deck. We have got several compliments about this gazebo.

I had an aluminun and steel gazebo for 15 years. The roof leaked, the poles were splitting and it needed to be replaced. I purchased this with assembly and am very pleased. The unit is super sturdy, does not leak. It has withstood several windstorms with 40 to 70 MPH wind gusts. We had a heavy snowfall over the winter and it did not bend the roof panels and it still does not leak. The assembly was worth it and well built

So I will start with this review in regards to our first gazebo. The first one we put it together, it took about a day or so, definitely is do able with 2 people that have very little experience. I absolutely loved it we had the lights around the inside carpet down it definitely set the tone for a relaxing backyard. But, I skipped a step and own 100 percent of this. I failed to secure this monster gazebo into my stamped concrete patio and it was a costly mistake. With that being said, we loved it so much that I of course had to purchase another one. Same size, same location. The second one we put up I had paid for the company to install it. This was money WELL spent. This team of guys came in and blasted this thing up in about 5 hours. The one thing the installation company doesn’t do is secure it to the patio. (WHICH IMMEDIATELY DID). So this summer we look forward to enjoying this. I can’t stress it enough since I have purchased 2, well worth it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and assembled my gazebo 5 months ago and it was pretty simple to assemble. Everything could be put together by yourself if you want (I'd still recommend 2 folks) except for putting the roof panels up. Your gonna want to get one or two stronger folk to help you with that, but still wasn't to bad. Two members were damaged upon delivery but the company was pretty quick with sending replacements with no questions asked. Overall pleased with the gazebo, looks great, is quite sturdy (I live in a windy area and it doesn't budge), and the electrical power outlet attachment is definitely nice (especially for straining lights up).
