We bought our 16 x12 gazebo last spring. The installer showed up promptly and had the job done including clean up by 6pm the same day. We have had quite a few gatherings and everyone has been amazed with the look, quality and price of this product. And I love the fact that no Wisconsin weather can ever blow this to the ground like the last two home improvement store gazebos we purchased. Bought this in the summer and couldn’t be happier with the result! It was so great to have this during the hottest months in Texas to cool off, as well as more recently during the rainy days to keep my patio area dry, especially with two little doggies who love it as well! We wrapped it in lights thanks to the plug it comes with, which made it easy to have the electrical access and the lights make my backyard so fun and homey!! Thank you Backyard Discovery!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my dream Oasis. I wanted a place to heal and meditate. Everyone who has seen this design loves. We had concrete poured in the front yard. The contractors wished they had one. I would recommend the gazebo and Backyard Discovery.

This is a great gazebo but very difficult to assemble. I had 4 other guys help my and it took well over 10+ hours. Also the App is great but in some spots it dosen't allign with the printed instuctions. I highly recommend the product but I also recommend paying someone for assembly and delivery.

The gazebo itself is beautiful and very sturdy. But it took way longer to build than the directions stated, and more people than recommended to "slide" the roof into place. Also, there was no template for the eletric box. The Bilt directions differed than the printed directions, which was confusing, and we ran out of screws for the roof because of it. Overall a great product, just the directions were done poorly.

We purchased 3 acres in the country and built our homes. We needed a perfect spot to relax and entertain friends. This gazebo fills the bill for relaxing in the afternoon listening to the birds or entertaining friends in our new relaxing country home. Eventually, we are building a pond area in front of the gazebo for additional country relaxation.

I was very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. YOU NEED TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY, and if you do you will be very happy with how it goes together very well. I did have a few questions along the way and I called the 800 number any got someone right away and they were very helpful. Very happy with the Gazebo!

Did a lot of research before purchasing this gazebo since the market has several to choose from. But my family and I decided on this one, and so far we are very pleased with our purchased. The instructions were very easy to follow, these gazebo took me and my son 3 days to build. But to stand it up it took 4 of us but for a few minutes. The only issue I had with the gazebo was some of the wood pieces were warped and didn’t line up correctly. That’s the reason for the 4 stars but it more like 4.5 starts. But I would definitely buy more products form Backyard.

After researching gazebo options for about a year, our entire family voted to purchase this one. I’m so glad we did. It immediately became everyone’s favorite place on our property. The pieces are sturdy and well constructed. There were no issues with quality, like I have read in reviews of gazebos from other companies. We love the look! The price is very reasonable compared to the competition. I definitely recommend this gazebo. Absolutely no regrets!

We purchased this gazebo a few months ago and we are very happy with it. Everything was included that we needed to erect it. The lumber was pre-cut to the correct dimensions and the holes were all pre-drilled. Our sons helped us build it on a Saturday and we were finished by mid-afternoon. The only thing we didn't realize until after we purchased it was that we were strongly encouraged to apply a sealer to all the lumber before erecting it. While that required a little extra prep time, we're glad we did it. Other than that, everything was as we expected.
