It is built solid and makes our backyard so much more enjoyable for gatherings with friends and family!

We absolutely love our new cedar gazebo! It’s not only beautiful, but also incredibly sturdy. The natural wood grain of the cedar gives it a timeless look that blends perfectly with our backyard. You can tell it’s built to last, with solid construction that holds up well in various weather conditions. It’s become a stunning focal point of our outdoor space, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and craftsmanship. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a durable and attractive addition to their home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to go above our hot tub in our back yard. It has done it's job providing necessary shade and weather protection. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials. They were shipped in multiple boxes, which were not organized based off of procedure steps. This would have been more helpful in easily locating the correct hardware for the correct steps. However, the instructions were very straightforward, and all components arrived undamaged and in excellent condition.

Gazebo is very Saturday and looks great. The only downside is the assembly. The roof is a pain, you need at least two people preferably 3. The panels that go through the seams and the trump around the top is painstaking. The screws are self tapping and you have to penetrate the steel roof to attach. The roof is a collection of 6 panels each probably weighing close to 125 lbs each. It would be much easier if the company split the roof into smaller sections that would allow one person to install. Also, as a tip, when putting the roof on use the two clamps provided to clamp in place to hold panels prior to connecting with bolts. Finally, the instructions were a bit unclear regarding the t nuts and the top frame.

Nice precut unit they have it figured out very well, if you build it yourself pay a lot of attention to the instruction as they are written. When they show you those high lighted instruction in red don't blow them off it will hurt you at the final step. Customer service was very helpful had a few pieces that had warps and they sent new ones right away. We bought a 12x20 and it has a lot of parts and big panels so have at least 3 to 4 people it sure makes it easy. We give it a 4 star because they have no 4.5 can't give it a 5 some of the instruction can be a little bit of a head scratcher and the film on the trim is super hard to get off so start early on working it off. All in all very happy with Gazebo it will surely be enjoyed by the family, material is good quality and packaging was very professional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Gazebo couple months ago and we just installed it on our new pool patio. I went with Backyard after lots of research between brands and reviews. My friend had another brand and it caused him all kinds of problems to put together. I hired a buddy that has been a contractor for over 20 years. He has put together and setup other brands himself before ours and they did not go up as well as this one did. The fit and finish in his mind was fantastic. It took 2-3 people (definitely recommend) a solid 1-1/2 days to build it taking our time and verifying everything before just assuming we knew. Instructions were spot on. My buddy said it was with out a doubt the best pre-made gazebo he has ever put together besides building one himself. He said he would recommend this brand 100% unless the customer needs something specific built. It looks amazing and we cannot thank Backyard enough.

Have had for over two months now, and it survived Hurricane Milton. Very sturdy and well made with high quality cedar wood. The shipment was perfect and no well packed box was too heavy. The Backyard arraigned installer did an excellent job in building it over a two day period.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over the summer and after a couple of days of work to install (rain delay) the end result is beautiful. It’s solidly built and stands up to high wind. The 12 v outlet allowed us to install a nice light fixture in the middle. I’m considering getting another in a smaller size for our pool area.

Overall very good kit. I’m an above-average handyman w construction experience. Having the right tools such as good drill, impact drill, extra construction clamps and hammer drill for concrete is important. Three strong people for roof install is a must. Not just for lifting but also moving the roof around to get it all square and booting together. We had some big gaps between roof panels that required moving panels and clamping hard. BILT app and paper instructions are very good. Blue plastic covering on sheet metal is a bear. That took an hour or more all-in peeling off the plastic as it tore in small pieces. There must be a better way to protect the metal. I’m a little concerned about the “corrosion resistant” metal. Saw some evidence of rust already and the panels get scratched a little during assembly. Plan to get brown touch up paint to cover scratches but hope the roof holds up for more than year or two! The pavilion looks great and seems sturdy. Overall I’m very pleased.

My wife and I with some assistance from the grandson were able to assemble this in one weekend. The instructions were very straightforward and components were mostly manageable from and assembly and with perspective. Yep we utilized the grandsons strength and height to get the roof assembled and in position. All within our expectations and abilities. It adds some beauty to an already beautiful view.
