Follow the assembly instructions and you will be fine. We are really happy with the outcome. We live in a windy area and haven’t had any issues. Very sturdy

Beautiful, spacious, solid, and can be kitted out in so many ways! We’ve added a fan with light, TV, hammock, curtains, heater, ring game and 8pc patio furniture set with Blackstone griddle off the side. 5 stars for SURE!

It was a lot of work to assemble. Me and my wife did all of the assembly. We stained and sealed it. I hired some help to lift the roof up. I am 68 and my wife is 64. We took our time and got her done. I think if I were to do it again I would have it assembled.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this gazebo earlier this year, with the plan on having a builder put it together for us… the builder ended up not being able to do it for months. So we ended up getting my family together and we built it ourselves. I would definitely recommend the option to have it built when delivered. It took my family 2 days to complete the build. The instructions were great but it’s just hard to do if you have no experience. Luckily my Dad does so it made it much easier for us. I would buy again and recommend to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every piece was well marked and instructions easy to follow. My husband and I only needed extra hands to put on the roof panels. It looks great, and is so sturdy! I'm sure it will provide shade and wonderful memories for many years to come.

I not only gave it 5 stars for quality but also for customer service. We had to columns that had split at the bottom. My husband was concerned as they were the wait bearing columns. He called on a Saturday late afternoon expecting to get a recording. They answered and said they would send both columns right out. On Monday we received the notification that they had sent them FedEx 2 day. This was not expected. We had to get in touch with them with 2 more questions… my husband emailed at 11pm and had a response by 9:30 the next morning. We will be buying another gazebo to cover our deck. The quality is excellent and the instructions are thorough. My husband would rather read the instructions but when he didn’t understand something the app walked him through it. My husband takes his time but the picture shows the progress right now. We highly recommend this company and their products. Just save us a 20x12 for our deck when we need it lol Thanks VP

The day of assembly the company reached out to ensure I was satisfied with the installation and received excellent customer service from the caller and their assembly team. We researched a lot of options and found the Cordova 14 X 10 would meet our needs. It was shipped in 5 boxes, all well marked. And we utilized the step-by-step phone app to explain how to assemble the gazebo. During the summer months, it was a blessing to have for shade around our pool area. We enjoyed some great times under it with family and friends!

When it does rain in Phoenix the wonderful sound hitting the metal roof is very relaxing. The assembly was challenging but with 3 people working together it was complete in one weekend.

I had the gazebo assembled in September. The crew that put it up worked quickly and did a great clean up job. The gazebo is very functional and receives so many compliments on the look. It is extremely sturdy and provides great shelter from the Michigan elements. It is nice to be able and sit outside even when raining.
