We love our gazebo, great family gathering

Well made, all pre drilled,and make sure you water seal before you put it up.

This is a great size and extends the times that the yard can be used.

The package is much easier to build than trying to find and purchase all of the components in today’s market. One suggestion is to add metal strapping in key areas to fortify against high winds.

Cordova Gazebo

The gazebo looks nice and appears to be of good quality, but we paid for the assembly services and they won't anchor it to our patio. The man doing the assembly says it isn't in his contract, but can't show me a reference and there is nothing on the Sam's or Backyard Discovery websites saying they won't anchor a gazebo. I would have paid somebody else to do it if I knew Backyard Discovery wouldn't finish the job.

Don't pay for assembly

To start, I am not a carpenter but am handy with tools.  I was a little concerned that I was taking on a little too much with this 24x12 Gazebo.  I could not have been more wrong.  The directions were direct and detailed but simple to understand.  The hardware was well marked and separated into small bags.  All parts were well marked and in good condition.  The sheet metal parts were sturdy and arrived without bends or scratches. My wife and I built this unit in about 2 weeks.  It could have been less but we only worked 3 hours per day. I purchased this to enclose my well water reverse osmosis system.  I am extremely pleased with the quality of the parts and materials.  All direction were right on and the parts were all cut perfectly.  I honestly have no negative comments.  It was a pleasure to build, the price was reasonable and the result was exactly as I expected. I have even recommended this unit to my friends and family with the hope that they will invite me to help them.
