We bought this to replace an older uncovered pergola. We are very happy with this one. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great for the pool patio

No warped boards would have made it much easier

little too much for one person  but went together almost as advertised all in all it looks great  I broke the six foot rule and covered my patio which made it a little more difficult

Bought the 20X12 and liked it so much that we bought another 16x12.

The gazebo looks nice and appears to be of good quality, but we paid for the assembly services and they won't anchor it to our patio. The man doing the assembly says it isn't in his contract, but can't show me a reference and there is nothing on the Sam's or Backyard Discovery websites saying they won't anchor a gazebo. I would have paid somebody else to do it if I knew Backyard Discovery wouldn't finish the job.

Don't pay for assembly

To start, I am not a carpenter but am handy with tools.  I was a little concerned that I was taking on a little too much with this 24x12 Gazebo.  I could not have been more wrong.  The directions were direct and detailed but simple to understand.  The hardware was well marked and separated into small bags.  All parts were well marked and in good condition.  The sheet metal parts were sturdy and arrived without bends or scratches. My wife and I built this unit in about 2 weeks.  It could have been less but we only worked 3 hours per day. I purchased this to enclose my well water reverse osmosis system.  I am extremely pleased with the quality of the parts and materials.  All direction were right on and the parts were all cut perfectly.  I honestly have no negative comments.  It was a pleasure to build, the price was reasonable and the result was exactly as I expected. I have even recommended this unit to my friends and family with the hope that they will invite me to help them.
