I bought this on March 17th and paid an extra $800 for installation. It is yet to be installed. Excuse after excuse. Lack of communication. Sam's will no longer have my business. They take your money for the install and wash their hands of it. They sub the work out to a larger company who in turn subs it out again to individual companies. Do not pay for the installation. Have someone else do it. Also, they will just drop it in the drive way while it is pouring down the rain. I reached out to the carrier to discuss delivery date and they agreed on a certain date so we were on a cruise. Was dumped on the drive way and the boxes were soaked.

Very difficult to put together. Make sure that you inventory all parts before starting. Missing numerous pieces.

Was in need for shade on my patio. I ordered it on a Sunday and had it by Friday. I’m a 59 year old female. a friend of mine who’s older helped me pre assemble what we could (the beams and roof). We had never ever done a project of this size. We consider ourselves handy but a little bit of construction knowledge would have helped us. We made lots of calls to guys we knew and her husband helped a bit too. Instructions were easy to follow and at the end it all went together fine. If I did it again would take 1/2 the time. Definitely watch your critical measurements. Also take the time to make sure the trim pieces on the roof are secure prior to installing it. I did not put the trim on the beams where it attached to the roof. We have our periods of lots of moisture in Nebraska a thought it was a catch for moisture. Looks great though. It’s only been done for less than a week.

I am very pleased with the beauty of this gazebo! The parts were labeled very well thank God because there were alot of bags and all parts were there too! The directions were a bit hard to follow and alot of pre-drilled holes didn't match up but my husband is in construction so that was no problem.
