BROKEN AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS - DONT WASTE TIME

I'm so disappointed because I was so excited to find a cabinet similar to the look I want but less than $3000. Well, lesson learned you get what you pay for. When I got home and opened the box it was broken. Went back to Sam's club in port Charlotte and there was only 1 left in stock and that one was broken too. Traveled an hour to fort Myers because there were “4 in stock” according to the website. There was actually only 3 in stock, 2 in a box and 1 floor model. We thought we'd have better luck but NOPE, all broken as well. Complete waste of time, money, and gas to try to get this cabinet. It's a nice cabinet but very poorly made for all these cabinets to have the same issues. The packaging seemed secure so they clearly don't handle fragile packages well either.

AWFUL

This item was impossible to schedule delivery for. FedEx told me that I can only schedule delivery through the shipper. Sam's Club customer service told me multiple times that it is scheduled on a certain day only for it to be delivered another day. Sam's Club customer service also told me that my cabinet will be delivered to my front door even if I live in an apartment. FedEx refused to deliver my package to the front door because I live on the 3rd floor. By the time the package arrived, the box was heavily damaged and cabinet was cracked in half. I received a full refund but then just received a $187 bill from FedEx shipping. Sam's club customer service is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Just spend the extra money on a nice cabinet from a quality furniture store.

Arrived Damaged!

Believe the negative reviews. After waiting months for this item to restock when it finally did and I got it home it was severely broken beyond repair. This item was a complete pain to track down, drive and get, unload etc. It was the hugest let down ever! To add insult to injury I have tried getting ahold of Sams club multiple times and can't get a single person to answer and that's calling several stores. I will no longer shop at Sams after this disappointing experience. This item was very clearly damaged before it was placed in the box and quality control didn't catch it. The box was perfect but the bookcase was completely crushed in all along the back side. Such a waste of time, gas money and energy on this item.

Wasted a Day

Arrived damaged in multiple areas.

After a delivery problem, the item arrived and when I fully unboxed it, I found a crack through the wood on one door and the rattan doors pushed in so they wouldn't open. I called about replacement doors and the doors don't come with glass. (?!) and I can't take the back off to push the rattan doors open because the back can crack and they “don't make replacement backs”. I should have listened to the many reviews. Now I have to wait for a freight company to contact me to return it. What a waste of a day and $637 until I get my refund.

Beautiful Black Curved Cabinets

We had not seen these in person before deciding we wanted them. None of our Sams had them on display. Based on reviews, we thought we would take the chance. We ordered two of these for pickup around Christmas but had an unpredicted snowstorm. We debated canceling the order and reordering when we could pick up with no snow. We called Sams and they said they couldn't hold them beyond 24 hours. After which, they would return to stock. After discussing it, we decided to just brave it and boy are we glad we did, especially with these coming in and out of stock so often. These were well worth the effort for track them in stock and to pick them up in store. These are beautiful timeless pieces to add to any decor. We mix traditional, farmhouse, modern decor and it works in our setting for us. We have looked at similar cabinets at Anthropologie and Arhaus that were thousands more. We have 20 foot ceilings in the room where we have these so at 74 inches, if they were taller, it would have been better. However, that's not really a complaint, just an observation. These are heavy. The finish on the outside and on the shelves were clean. They were well packaged and we didn't have any damage unlike some others. We collapsed the packaging on two boxes for these and ended up with two 90 gallon trash cans filled to the rim of cardboard. Assembly was simply screwing in the four legs and four cabinet pulls as others have described. We did remove stickers on the glass and on the pulls. They could have used the clings stickers instead of adhesive. The shelves are adjustable. We ended up moving one middle shelf as far as we could to fit one item that was too tall. We are definitely happy with the purchase and would order more if we had other spaces to use them.

Damaged everywhere!Where is the quality control?!

Like others mention, this item arrived completely covered in damages! Where is the quality control?!?! Who in their warehouse would have the audacity to package a product completely destroyed and ship it out to a paying customer?! I'm totally disgusted. Returning!

Damaged.

I ordered 2 online they were delivered and both were damaged. I called to have both replaced and only 1 was sent as a replacement. It too was damaged. So I decided to go to my local store and buy 2. Got one of them inside and got it unpackaged and guess what. Damaged! Not even opening number 5 as to now have 3 in my garage to be picked up, taking the other two back to the store. So disappointed as I love the look of these. But it's too much to haul and unpack just to end up with damaged bookcases. Buyer beware.

Perfection

Absolutely stunning. I've been searching for something like this for some time but couldn't bring myself to pay $2k+, so happy to have come across this piece at such a reasonable price. Unfortunately the employee who loaded it cracked the back board piece when he laid it down on the cart but fortunately where it cracked was between the shelf separating the two cabinets and it's not visible from the front. It's an incredibly solid piece and looks more expensive than it was. I highly recommend the purchase.

Love my Enzo cabinet

I love this Enzo cabinet. It is very heavy though and getting it upstairs was a challenge. We had to remove a door to carry it upstairs (to have a place to grip) and there were a bunch of screws in those hinges! Which is great as it seems very well made. It comes packed very well with a bunch of cardboard and protection in the box. I assembled the legs and handles myself in a jiffy. Very happy with this purchase.
