These are dry and tough. Taste good, and are very good for your health. Maybe a better way to sell these would be to offer a package of them cut up into small pieces like raisins so they are easier to eat. Consider soaking them in water and/or cutting them in smaller pieces before attempting to eat them.

Good dried fruit. Use a little less sugar

Inedible picked too early, hard and sour

Dried mangoes are great for snacking. The best ones that Sam’s had some years ago were from the Philippines and they were just wonderful! They were sweet tasting, had an even color, and a beautiful texture in your mouth as you chew them. They were later replaced by those from Thailand which were a bit sour, and had varying shades of yellow slices that were not delectable to have. The current dried mangoes from Vietnam are at least better than the Thai ones. They are a bit sweet but the slices are way too large. Is there any chance you are getting again those best dried mangoes from the Philippines?
