Great playset!

Great playset! The only reason it’s not 5 starts is set up if you have the money to do so definitely pay for set up. The slide and adding on all of the side walls was probably the hardest part that set us all off hahah. But it turned out great and we finished in about 9 hours with three of us!

Perfect choice!!

This has been one of the best choices we have ever made. My kids spend hours playing outside on it. We love it because it it sturdy and safe to play on. The materials are high quality and the features are so fun for the kids. The assembly takes time. But it is worth it for t quality it has.

Time consuming build. Kids enjoy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The process to build was very time consuming. Solo build took more then 8 hours over 3 days. Some of the plastic comes pre drilled while some of it you have to drill which didn't make any sense why there were all done in factory. Thankfully they send you a bag of extra hardware becuase the hardware is cheep, it easy strips or snaps. I had just enough hardware including the extras to finish build. I do not recommend solo building this. Save you back and time and have 3 people helpnas the parts hard to reach at times. The kids however are enjoying the new playground. Perfect high for my 3rd and 4th grader however everything is too tall for the Preschool so he needs helps with the set.

Great qualify

Playset looks great, sturdy, and we expect to have many years of play. Took about 20 hours to install, 2 people. Book of instructions was good. Slide is a challenge to install as the last step, did not line up perfectly with the poles. Anchors well, overall we are extremely happy with the finished product and would purchase it again.

Perfect

Just finished assembling and it worked out perfectly, not sure why so people complained about it, it wasn’t too bad. Everything lined up perfectly and was able to tackle most of it by myself, the wife assisted with a couple hard to reach bolts and the heavy lifting. Tip: make sure you level the ground and assemble exactly where you want it. And be ready to spend a decent amount of time assembling, especially if you’re a perfectionist. Also love the anchors that come it! My son has been playing on it stop and I’m sure it will last him years!

Loved but be prepared.

Kids ages 10,4,3 all playing on it. They love every piece of this playset however the build was a total of a few days work. My husband had to go out and buy different hardware bc the plastic pieces don’t bend enough to make it all fit. It does take more tools and hardware than expected. You have to drill out each plastic pieces hole. So over prepare with tools, patience, and give yourself time.

Its a very nice playset, but the slide support is garbage! Ours has been up for 2 years and the slide is cracked already due to only one small post holding it up. Also, the steps are way to high for little ones. There needs to be more steps and we ended up using concrete blocks as additional steps. The swing chains have become very sticky also, requiring covers over them that we again made ourselves. There is much that can be easily made better if they only used a little common sense!

As you know, climbing plays a key role in early childhood motor skills development helping with balance, hand and foot coordination, and agility. Good playset

Bought this for my daycare. The kiddos are enjoying it, but the steps are SO tall, it's hard for the smaller ones to climb it. One more step would have been a better design. Assembly went as expected. I can't imagine one person doing it by themselves. Took around 2 8-hour days to complete.

Great Purchase!

We love the adventure play castle. It's very strong and durable. Our kids love playing on it with their friends. We believe it will last us many years to come. NOTE: do NOT use the assembly service Sam's Club recommends. It's a contractor through AIT. It's overpriced and has terrible service and then customer service. What could have taken us a weekend to assemble cost several hundreds of dollars, 6-8 weeks of scheduling issues with a tech who never assembled the playset before anyway, and my husband ended up finishing it himself—all with no substantive refund from AIT. Save yourself the money and assemble it yourself. It's worth it.

assembly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The assembly takes time, do not be in a rush. The blister packs of bolts, washers, nuts, etc are labeled. Only open the ones you need for a step. It would be easy to get them mixed up of lose a couple if you're not methodical. Very pleased with the finished product!
