Bought and had this installed a week ago. While it opens the garage door, it can not be used to close the garage door. We have tried everything to get this to work properly. Why are there three buttons if the two lower ones do nothing at all We are going to contact another contractor to remove and install a better quality garage door opener

This gets a one only because zero isn’t a choice. There is Zero, absolutely zero, tactical feel to the buttons. You have no clue whether you have pushed a button or not. If the door doesn’t open is it because I’m out of range? Or did I not push the button? Oops, door begins to open but stops because somehow the button got pushed twice. Or, other times the door opens from just picking up the remote and not knowing a button was even pushed.

I haven't had any issues with the Genie products and I have been using them in my home for years. The clip is very handy to have easy access to the remote on my car's visor. Would recommend this product to anyone. Reliable, affordable, and great quality.

The Genie Company was awesome to order from! They sent the product in a VERY timely manner! I would recommend them to anybody who needs a replacement part for their Genie product.

If you can get it programmed it works fine. If you try to program a second remote, you may well unprogram the first and have to reset everything, which is a complicated process.

Closed on my home a few weeks ago only to discover that the seller lost 1 remote and the other was in bad condition. I ordered 2 replacements. Programming them was very easy and they work even better than the original!

I lost my remote. It was nice to be able to get one, and replace it on my own and not have to pay someone to do it. The instructions were easy to follow, I was surprised how quickly I had the remote programmed.

I like that the garage door remote arrived in one day (out of a possible 1-2 day delivery) as avertised. I am very satidsfied for the quick delivery and that they remote works perfectly.
