I moved into a for closed home and none of the garage doors openers were at the house I purchased. I found the company online and requested help with the opener. They guided me to this product and it was extremely easy to set it up. Thank you for all your help.

Works great. I just wish that a more detailed manual was available (I'm a nerd). This remote has 3 buttons; I tried to program all 3 buttons for my door opener. But when I did this, it kept "kicking out" the previous code. So I ended up programming only the largest button for my opener. The other 2 buttons are reserved for other openers. I have no other openers. So they're just "dummy" buttons.

The new remotes worked fine. Not sure what else to say to justify a five-star rating. They opened the garage exactly the way that you would expect a remote to do. It's just that working as expected seems a bit mundane to merit a five-star rating. It seems to me that five-stars requires exceeding expectations. It's not like pushing the button grants wishes or anything, which given the name of the company, might have happened (it didn't... I tried.) I guess the bottom line is if you want to push a button an have your garage door open, this product does the trick. If you are expecting something more, you probably had unrealistic expectations when you placed the order.

We lost our remote garage door opener. We installed the door 16 years ago and thought we'd have to live without a remote. Our car was programmed to open the door and we also had an outside wall unit attached to open the door. However, we missed the remote we kept in the house to open and close our detached garage. We ordered a replacement. So glad we did. Programing took all of 30 seconds. Wonderful!!!!

I went on the website to chat with a technician. I answered a few questions the man asked me. He told me exactly what I needed for a spare remote. It was delivered within a week. And I was able to program it with no problems, all by myself. Win, win, win! I’m very pleased.

Remote opener for car stopped working. New battery did not help. Unit was 16 months old with 12 month warranty. Ordered new one. Instructions did not match the physical design of the motor. I called and was quickly given instructions for programming the remote. All in all, it was a bit more hassle than I expected, but the unit came quickly, and the customer service agent was very helpful and personable. I was fully satisfied.

Arrived quickly, easy to understand directions. Hardest part was finding the program button on the opener. Button on our opener was on the bottom facing the floor, but it’s all black with other buttons and hard to see without a flashlight. Once I found program button I used a long screwdriver handle to press the button. 20 seconds and we’re programmed.

It works. I don’t know what else you need to know. Do you need it to open your garage door? BOOM! Consider it done. Do you need it to give you a massage? Well, it doesn’t do that. Besides the massage thing, it works pretty well. Maybe I should go get a massage...

I was without my own remote due to holidays and a malfunction with my own remote. My daughter couldn’t send me her remote. So she bought me a new one for Christmas. It came after the holidays because of postal shipping. My son programmed it easily due to website instructions. Now I have a brand new remote, and it works perfectly. The remote arrived as expected and performs as it should. I purchased this remote for my teenage son to keep in his car. When I read the instructions to program the remote, it seemed a little confusing. But once I went to the garage and followed the instructions, it was actually quite simple. The garage door immediately opened and closed as expected.
