Arrived in a timely manner. No problem or defects with the new remotes. Programed easy and works with no problems.

We needed a new genie garage door opener and this worked. Was so easy to connect to our garage door. We are very happy!

This worked great and was easy to program. We had to replace an even older looking version than was shown but no problems despite our older version.

This gets a one only because zero isn’t a choice. There is Zero, absolutely zero, tactical feel to the buttons. You have no clue whether you have pushed a button or not. If the door doesn’t open is it because I’m out of range? Or did I not push the button? Oops, door begins to open but stops because somehow the button got pushed twice. Or, other times the door opens from just picking up the remote and not knowing a button was even pushed.

Bought and had this installed a week ago. While it opens the garage door, it can not be used to close the garage door. We have tried everything to get this to work properly. Why are there three buttons if the two lower ones do nothing at all We are going to contact another contractor to remove and install a better quality garage door opener

There is no tactile feedback when pushing buttons. Additionally, the LED that lights when pushing buttons is buried inside so you have to hold the remote at the right angle and look closely to even see the light. On the plus side, the range is excellent.

I haven't had any issues with the Genie products and I have been using them in my home for years. The clip is very handy to have easy access to the remote on my car's visor. Would recommend this product to anyone. Reliable, affordable, and great quality.

Does not work for my garage door even though Genie said that it would. Followed instructions exactly, opener "learn indicator" light flashes when I press the button so the remote is correctly programmed, but the opener does not operate. I have a legacy remote that still works and a wall button that works so I know the opener is functional.

It works from a very far distance. I am impressed and happy.
