Missing pieces, be prepared to buy them separate

Missing 2 parts. the charger plug that connects to the wall... the manufacturer Abbyson is completely WORTHLESS at assisting. I emailed them and they asked what part I needed and then ghosted me. I have followed up and they DO NOT respond. I believe they deliberately leave out that part from the box to save money, because it's literally the last piece you put together and the think you don't have the nerve to unassemble the bed and return it!!

Thank you for sharing your experience—we understand how frustrating it is to encounter missing parts during assembly. We are very sorry the charger plug was missing and that your follow-up attempts did not receive a timely response, as this is not acceptable and not the experience we expect to provide. Please contact us at samsclub@abbysonhome.com or (805) 465-5500 so we can assist you promptly. -The Abbyson Team

Awesome bed 5+ Stars

This bed is quality made! The assembly was impressively easy and well made. I was shocked at the quality and sturdiness of the entire bed. Don't hesitate! Beautiful tufted fabric and impressive size. I'm using box spring and mattress and there is still more than 3 rows of headboard showing. I love , love, love this bed.

Disappointed

We like the wood frame and color of the fabric but we are disappointed with the sagging and wrinkled fabric.

Arrived damaged

I bought couple queen beds. One of them came in really bad shape, made me question the quality of the beds. It took a while to return them. Sams was very helpful in returning them.
