My parents had a problem with small flying gnats in their garage, and this trap did an excellent job catching them. We noticed a significant reduction in the number of insects within just a few days. The blue light is soft enough to not be too distracting to us, but baits in flying insects well. I do not love how big it is. It is somewhat difficult to “hide”. It's very mean and cruel and as a vegetarian I can't see myself doing this to helpless animals . There has to be a better way that doesn't include animal suffering.
