I live in Houston and in the summer, flies are such a nuisance so this insect trap has been great to have. It requires next to no maintenance except for changing the sticky trap once a month, and works well to pull in bugs!

The sticky trap sits in the device and is plugged into a standard electrical outlet. It has a blue and UV light that is used to attract the bugs. This bug light is indoor use only and runs 24x7 on electrical power. I was surprised how much the trap caught in only a few days. I also like that it doesn't use pesticides. It is safe to use in my home around my family and pets.

I put it close to the homes front and rear door where I know insects are always trying to find their way inside and it started catching insects left and right.
