The box includes 1 device and 1 cartridge right out of the gate, though you will need to purchase cartridge refills if you want to continue using the device long term. Setup is an absolute breeze since the included instructions are incredibly easy to read and understand. I found that this full size version works best in high traffic areas like living rooms, kitchen and entry ways where bugs like to hangout. It features a helpful indicator system: if the blue light flashes, it simply means you need to check the cartridge. You'll know it's time for a new cartridge when it is either visually full of insects or after 30 to 45 days, whichever comes first. It's an effective low maintenance way to keep a home bug free!

It catches flies, mosquitoes, gnats, etc. It's awesome at keeping our kitchen bug free, especially in the warmer months with the kids going in and out all day long. It's super easy to use. Just plug it in and watch it work its magic! Once you have a lot of bugs caught, just change out the sticky trap sectionX throw away the old trap, and replace with a fresh one. I think it's an amazing invention and the UV light is very smart. It's already plugged in ready to go. It was easy enough just to peel off the backing and. I plan on buying more for the rest of the house, hoping that it works well and it catches all the bug.

It's nice that it has a nightlight because it will help to attract any gnats or flies. Works great I've had this last summer and by the end of summer, the sticky trap was totally filled.
