It's easy to set up basically plug and play and peel off the sticky back. All the materials are included.

I already bought replacement sticky pads and I will say the second pad hasn't caught as many bugs but it's still effective. This product is definitely durable and I'll repurchase!

There is lots of space on the trap for many flies to come over time. When the cartridge is full the blue light blinks. I like that the cartridge is easy to put in and take out to throw away.

I happen to have an outlet next to my fruit bowl so fruit flies won't stand a chance. I don't mind the blue light, then once it's ready to refill, you just unplug, peel the backing, then add a new one.
