It looks like a night light, makes no sound but the gnats are gone. One of my favorite parts is that you dont have to buy a new unit everytime. Just the sticky backing.

It catches all of my fruit flies when I leave it next to my fruit bowl I always wake up to at least three in the morning, so it does a really good job especially during the summer where there's an extra amount of flying insects around the blue light in it looks nice in my kitchen as well and I especially enjoy that no one can see any of the insects that are being caught so it doesn't look gross even though it's in the kitchen I won't have to worry about guests seeing the trap. It's super easy to just replace the cartridge when it gets full.
