The way this trap works is on a sticky mat. I also love that it is private so it won't show guests that you even have a trap out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ~ Greetings, I received Zevo Flying Insect Trap from Influenster for exchange of my honest review. I have to say thought, this is an excellent item, given that it performed everything that was written on the box and more. I set this in my bedroom recently and some nights I keep the window open at midnight to get fresh air. I noticed that Zevo repellent even captured the tiniest bugs. This set up of this repellent was easy as eating a slice of cake. I removed the repellent from the box and there was a sticky adhesive included inside of the box. Once I removed the thin glossy surface from the back of repellent, then I saw the sticky part where it caught almost every little bug. This item also had a neon blue shade of light which worked as a night light for me. The disposal was easy, where I was able to remove the sticky part and disposed it. Overall, I was very happy with the performance of this item. A+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though this is a pretty large “trap”, it's quiet. I thought it might have some sort of humming noise or something. But no sound at all! I do like the light from it as well. As for trapping the bugs, the stickiness of the strips are significant. I didn't get any after photos as I'm away. But believe me when I say it works!

Assembly is so easy my 2yr old figured it out. Literal open the box slide the trap in and plug. Maintenance is super easy, let it catch the monsters and pull the sticky off and toss slip in a replacement and tadah. So far lifespan all depends on how many flying insects are in the area

We usually turn it on when it starts getting dark, turn off all the other lights in the house and they really follow the light and get stick on the trap. I am getting more for the other rooms as well.
