We've had a fruit fly situation ( Anyone else feels like they multiply overnight?) and I was so tired of swatting them away every time I walked in. I plugged it in and let it do it's thing. The directions were easy to understand figure out to assemble. It really did work after about a week being plugged into our kitchen wall. However, it only came with one insert so you would need to continuously by replacements. We already have something similiar where you don't need to buy replacements it works by ultrasonic waves with a blue light. It's all in your preference and in costs what would work better for you as a consumer.

Hands get to stay clean don't have to touch a bug! Just pull it out throw it away and slide a new one in so easy. It was easy to put together and plugs into any outlet anywhere in your home. Traps those tiny insects you never see and easy to dispose of since they are stuck to the cartridge. Lightweight and the best part is there's no noise since it's not an electrical device. 10/10

This had trapped fruit flies and mosquitoes within minutes of plugging in I love that noiseless and really easy to plug in. The sticky attachment is really easy to insert and to dispose of.
