I put this little light right next to our fruit bowl on our kitchen counter. The light does attract bugs, even mosquitos! But it didn't catch as many bugs as I would like. I decided to put a little piece of fruit on the sticky part to see if this would work better & it did! I highly recommend doing this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this Zevo flying insect trap for the gnats that I get sometimes from fruit on the counter. It's a very sleek and good looking design. It comes with replaceable adhesive strips. The light, intended to attract flies, is not very bright when the lights in the room are on. Therefore I don't think it's very effective for daytime or in a bright room. I had something plugged in underneath and it made the other plug get very hot. If you're going to use this in a double outlet do not put anything under it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really an excellent insect trap. We seem to get pesty little fruit flies around this time. It seems so difficult to kill them. This has a blue UV light that actually attracts them. Easy to set up. No smell. Definitely recommend

I plugged this in and within an hour a flying critter was captured, see picture attached. No maintenance is needed, just toss trap and add a new one when needed.

Maybe I put it in the wrong room but I'm sure I have seen more flying around and was excited to have the it trap them. It was very easy to install out of the box. Just peel off the plastic and plug in. The effectiveness, im on the fence. I was expecting better. I wonder how much electricity does it really use.
