You just have to do the refills and the refills are affordable. The refills are easily disposable. You just slide it out and put the new one in and then peeled the sticky cover off.  I'm actually so happy to have the larger size now and now I think I need one more for the outer room of my house so I'll have three and honestly that's really effective!

Despite all my efforts, I have definitely turned into my mother where I find myself saying “do you live in a barn? Shut the door!” We have a constant barrage of flies coming in and out of the house as often as the door opens and closes. With this insect trap, we have noticed a huge decrease in the amount of flies buzzing around. The trap itself is sticky, but the sleek design of the exterior makes it look like a nightlight. The soft blue glow is subtle and not too overwhelming. There is little to no assembly required. Just install the sticky trap, which is a simple click. Other than that, plug it into an outlet that you feel is near the most amount of flies in your house and watch the magic work!

It is a little large but overall doesn't look cheap in our kitchen. Worked well getting rid of our fruit flies and other bugs that get in when the kids leave the door open too long.

Its size is large enough to trap flying insects around my plants. It's an easy low maintenance solution that actually works.

I have several small fruit flies or gnats that are trapped on it. The only downside is that it takes up a lot of outlet space so I would only use it on the top outlet so that it doesn't block access to the other one. There's no smell to it and the instructions and assembly are pretty self explanatory. Just plug it in.

Would definitely recommend if you get any pesky small flies. We haven't seen any large flies get captured , but we also don't get a ton of those .

Have not noticed any activity so unable to judge the effectiveness just yet. Will use on patio next time I bbq and see if it helps with the inevitable flies that appear.
