I placed it in a strategic spot near the bedrooms, it caught a couple of mosquitoes and several other flying insects. The blue LED light is effective at attracting insects, but it may catch the attention of young children too, so placement will depend on each household. Overall, it's quiet, easy to use, with a modern design, and definitely helped reduce the number of flying insects around the house. I'm content with its performance and would recommend.

Once/yr i get a mysterious massive infestation of flies in the house.. 50 to100 will darken my windows. Tried fly paper, vinegar solutions and Zevo. First year, took about 2 weeks, and Zevo clearly caught more. This year.....2 traps. Zevo finished them off in 2 days with 2 refills!

I think it is better at catching flies than the others and I'm very pleased with it. Downside is how pricy the refills are.

Right out of the box, I was impressed. First of all, there is no odor, the instructions were easy to read and installation was even easier. Basically, you just plug your ZEVO in and it emits a blue light which attracts the bugs. Then wait to see what you catch on the cartridge liner! It's as simple as that!
