Plug it is and the blue light shines behind the cover. Its such a great price and does all the work for you. Its great to have in the kitchen for those pesky gnats etc.

I truly love all of the plants around the house, especially the display next to our kitchen table; however, what I do not love is the fungus gnats and other bugs that come along with houseplants! Enter Zevo! As soon as my Zevo arrived, I plugged it into the outlet right below our kitchen plant display and it went straight to work on the pesky bugs without me having to lift a finger. My husband was skeptical at first and didn't think we really had a problem with flying insects, but the proof is in the pudding as they say, or in this case, stuck to the Zevo cartridge! I seriously love this thing and plan to buy more for other plant-heavy areas of our house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed with all of the insects the Zevo caught in just 2 weeks. Just opening the door at night to let my dogs out brings a lot of insects in. The size of the Zevo device is perfect for catching unwanted pests while not taking up too much space. I did not catch any black flies yet, but if I did I would've given a higher rating. They are so hard to keep out of the house in the summer and even harder to catch. I feel like the refills last long enough to provide a good value. I will be purchasing another device to put by my front door.

It hasn't even been up for a week and there are already lots of bugs on it. We also have a lot of house plants so it helps keep the bugs down on those as well. It is odorless, pretty small, and works so well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a way to get rid of those pesky critters.

The blue light on the product attracts all those nasty pest that you don't want around. The glue trap in it is super strong and it does catch what it needs too. The only thing I believe could make product packaging better is adding and extra filter for it instead of just the one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device plugged in and lights up right away with no switches. It provides a soft blue glow, which also serves a nice subtle nightlight. It attracts the bugs, but you don't see them flying around it. They get stuck pretty quickly and unlike other brands, you cannot see them stuck on the glue tape because it's in the back of the device. It's quite large but fits nicely under our kitchen counters. Only comes with one sticky tape, so you need to buy the refills once the tape is filled up, but it could potentially last a whole season!
