It's fine. It tastes like wine. It will get you drunk if you consume enough of it. Are you bringing it to your friend, the wine snob's housewarming? Nope. Will you drink enough of it with your girlfriends while you watch 13 Going on 30 that you all dance along with the Thriller scene? Probably yes.

This is a great red wine. I got this as a housewarming gift and we had it for about a year before opening it. It is very full bodied and dry, but goes great with red meat. I would purchase this one again because I really love the flavor and the affordability!

When I'm wanting a heavier wine, I buy this brand! Normally I'm a fan of Moscato and lighter wines, but I do enjoy sipping on a glass of apothic red. Its a great price and the taste exceeds my expectations. I've recommended this kind to some friends as well

I really like Apothic's wines. They are all affordable and drinkable. The red wine blend is perfect for a general red wine drinker. It's not too dry, but not sweet, just very mellow and easy going. The cost is also really nice. It is one of the best affordable brands out there and it's always good. We generally drink it with Italian food or burgers and it's wonderful. I highly recommend trying this if you're looking for something good and affordable. 

I generally dont drink red wine as they are too dry for my taste. I decided to go out on a limb and purchase this as it is a really affordable price and I am so glad that I did! It isnt super dry and has such a rich taste! Anytime I am craving a red wine this is now my go to

This wine was ok. I have been spoiled by my close proximity to El Dorado wine country, as I have been drinking local wines lately. This wine is still an ok option for red wines and you can find it all over. The taste is a little tart and a tad like a vinegar for my preference, but I still enjoy drinking this wine when it is available.

I heard great reviews of this wine, but when it came down to trying it I was disappointed. I'm not an avid wine drinker so I don't know much about the varieties. I usually go off review and this one for me left a bad taste in my mouth. It is very dry, almost immediately you feel parched. I ended up dumping the glass and bottle.

I actually purchased this as an ingredient for a recipe. It ended up being one of my husband's favorite wines. I served it with a pasta dish and it was a hit. I don't drink but I can say that it worked in my recipe. My husband gave it 5 stars so I would recommend this one. Apothic Red Wine

If I could give this zero stars I would. It's truly disgusting. A blend should never be overly sweet but this is ridiculously so. I was gifted a bottle and I thought it was a gag gift after tasting. I see this brand all the time while grocery shopping and would never pick it up after trying this wine. It may be affordable but at what cost. Certainly not going to be my taste buds on the line.

Nice red wine. A bit on the dry side so if you aren't a dry wine person this is not for you. It has a hint of sweetness but not much. I find deep hints of chocolate, spice and a little cherry maybe. All around a good pick. Give a nice little buzz after a glass or 2
