Dissolves well in a vigorously shaken shaker bottle but not a stirring type. I wish it came with a scoop. I searched and searched but no scoop. Nothing too notable in terms of results, but it hasn’t upset my stomach.

I had a scoop from the unflavored peptides and used it. The smell of the powder was like candy. But after mixed with water had a vitamin smell not appetizing. You use 3 scoops to 8 oz of water. I mixed with a spoon and then my frothier and it still had pink clumps floating in it. I think I will stick to the unflavored peptides.

I love the vibrant packaging, I have yet to find a scooper inside but it’s fine since I have my own. The texture is good. The powder mixes with water easily without clumps. It smells so good and taste just as good. I love vital proteins brand!

I have been wanting to try adding collagen to my daily routine. This says it can be made using cold water which is what I did. It did not dissolve that quickly but after several minutes it was dissolved. This flavor reminded me of ice pops from when I was a kid. This has a nice flavor, not too sweet. I love that this has no artificial sweeteners and is gluten free and dairy free.
