This is so perfect for helping me reach my daily protein intake as well as giving my body the collagen it needs. Collagen helps with joints, hair, skin and nails. This also tastes great. I will definitely purchase this in the future. My one suggestion for improvement would be an included scoop so I don’t have to dirty a tablespoon.

I have been wanting to try adding collagen to my daily routine. This says it can be made using cold water which is what I did. It did not dissolve that quickly but after several minutes it was dissolved. This flavor reminded me of ice pops from when I was a kid. This has a nice flavor, not too sweet. I love that this has no artificial sweeteners and is gluten free and dairy free.

Even though is an ice pop flavor is not very sweet, it is more like watery but i love that, i am not a fan of drinks that are too sweet.
