These were recommended by my eye dr. I've been using them for months. I see no difference in my dry eyes.

They have really help with my dry eyes. I also use the eyes drops.

So far Blink seems to be working I haven’t taken it long enough will update when I know more

I really was hoping this would work. I took it for about a week. Couple hours after taking my eyes started to burn and then a headache. Unfortunately I'm not going to continue to take because of the side affects
