My daughter who is now 9 has Down Syndrome among other issues and as a result still has wetting issues, not only night but day as well. We have been using these for several years now and I must say they are absolutely sensational and she wears them at all times instead of underwear as she doesn't wet daily but it is a random thing. They are very quiet, both in movement and when she wets so no one else knows, this is what she really loves because she frequently plays with friends and at school and such and even when she invites her friends over for sleepovers. They are also very good at keeping her gas quiet as well, unfortunately due to some of her issues she gets to be quite gassy some days and when we had her in pull ups and such before she would always complain very emotionally "Mommy The Diapers Make My Toots Too Loud!!!!!" LOL With Goodnites however, not only does she not have to worry about when she wets herself, she can "Toot" away without everybody around her noticing too which is great because she would get just as embarrassed and upset about "Tooting" around her friends as she would wetting herself, LOL. All in all they work wonders and we will continue to use them for as long as needed. A friend who uses them for her special needs child however stated that her child is about to outgrow the large and would love it if larger sizes were made so that they could continue using them. My daughter loves goodnites as they are stylish enough for her ego but she's getting to the point where L/XL don't fit her very well and leaks occasionally happen, if a bigger size was made I along with a lot of other customers would be extremely happy as the designs are well liked and appreciated.

So my 9 year old daughter wakes up to a wet bed every night. This has been happening to my 9 year old oldest daughter all of her life. The doctor says that she will eventually grow out of it. I am SO grateful for Godnites pants. They keep her bed dry almost every night. She absolutely loves them, even after trying other products from the market like Underjams. My daughter recently hit a growth spurt and now, she sadly can not fit properly into the Tinkerbell edition of the S/M version. She is such a huge fan of the fairies from Disney. She was in tears when we decided to move her up to L/XL Goodnites. Nighttime has never been the same. Kimberly-Clark, you would earn a lifelong devoted customer with unending thanks if you would release the Tinkerbell and Spiderman prints in the L/XL sizes. I'm sure my daughter isn't the only child destroyed by not having that special comfort of having her favorite character missing from her bedtime routine. Please. It would really make the plague of bed-wetting for easier for her and countless other children. It relly hurts me to see her like this. Sincerely, A Caring Mother

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great. I feel like these are a little more absorbent than the nighttime pull ups. My daughter is day trained but still wears a pull up to bed. She has not leaked out of one of these yet and I've been using them for a few months. We've used 2 different designs, but not the Tinker Bell one yet.

My son will only wear girl's underwear and we both are very happy with the new design! He likes the cute new prints and I like the overall quality. We have not experienced the "flaws" that others have expressed about the new design. As MANY others have expressed, we are hoping for a larger size to come soon as he does NOT want to wear plain white "grown-up" diapers when he grows a little more!

If I had to change anything I would say taller leak guards. Also maybe more than one print would be nice. Other than that these are perfect for us.

The Goodnites underwear are fast absorbing, easy to wear, and there are 5 layers of protection, my 7 years old daughter is very happy and we had been purchasing every two weeks. This is a great product I have a special needs child who will never be potty trained. I do wish they were heavier. Also that QC would checked the product closer I have encountered the sides coming apart or not put together on one side. But to rate this would give it a 90% would be 100 if they were bit heavier, Thanks for making this product possible. With out this product life would be harder when it comes to changing diapers, This product is ideal cause my daughter can not wear the adult diapers they are too big she will always be small, Again I sing the praise of this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is 3 and we have been potty training with some struggles for a while. She has been asking to go to bed with no diaper, but is just not ready for that yet. Honestly getting these special night time "underwear" has been great! She loves the designs and has been happy to put them on nightly. My only complaint is they are not adjustable, and you have to tear open the sides or pull them down, which can be complicated at times.

Your goodnites XL seemed to take a nose dive a nose dive a while back but the case we just got for our daughter seems to be back on track, they don't seem as small and the addition of the double leg barriers have put this product back on top for us. The only problem we are having now is that she is 13 and still wetting the bed with no signs of stopping soon, with that we need an XXL or it's going to be on to youth diapers....we do not want that. Please consider a next size
