I ordered 9 gift certificates that arrived 3 days late after the promised date. It was so much trouble canceling it. Talk to 2 reps online and was told to return it at the store when received it, i brought it to the store, waited in line for 10 minutes & when i was next i had to wait another 15 mins for a manager. When she finally came she told me she can’t help me! Never go back to the Sam’s on Brookhurst & Warner. The first rep was very rude! Went home & called online again & was past to 2 different reps until i asked to speak to someone higher up. Finally, the last rep was able to help! Got a confirmation for the cancellation & was refunded a week after. Never going to order any gift certificates at Sam’s again!

Three of the four cards purchased were loaded. The fourth card had a zero balance snd could not be used.

Saved $25 on a meal with my girlfriend at Fogo. A seat is usually $50 a person, the $100 card basically covers the entire meal other than drinks.

Showed up later than first stated for a delivery date. Would have been nice to get it in the club.
