The heating element must be broken. I got this as a Christmas gift and just tried it for the first time. Set the temp to 360°, 15 minutes, shook at half time as it instructed me to do, and the food was still frozen all the way through and there was no heat inside the air fryer at all. Heating element was even still cold to the touch after the 15 minutes was up.

Doesn't heat up at all

My daughter loves our Chefman Air Fryer, because she's still learning how to use the air fryer she wants to wait to fully score the unit. She did bacon today and it came out great so she's getting there.
