Terrible product

When we went to assemble the trampoline we noticed 3 of the 6 support poles did not have all of the required pre-drilled holes to attach the springs from the mat to the supports. We called customer service several times and nobody picked up or returned our call. We emailed them and they finally responded. Before I was able to respond to them I noticed there was a rip in the trampoline mat. I figured that was just an indication of more problems to come so I'm returning the item to Sam's.

Disappointed

Dont get me wrong this is a great size, however assembling it was a complete mess. My husband builds houses, makes custom swing sets ect.. so he is definitely handy and all! Some holes where screws must fit were not completely shaved/circular correctly. 1 rod has NO holes! Youd think for the size maybe 3 kiddos can jump well it says ONE at a time.. ehhhh

Absolutely Not

Nope, this trampoline is junk. I'm hoping I just received one that was defective but so far, this has been a complete nightmare. We received this trampoline as a gift for our daughter and were so excited to put it together for her. When we were nearly done putting it together (like, putting the safety net on at the end) and two of the legs completely collapsed in, causing the frame to bend as well. I tried getting a replacement but the company is refusing to replace the trampoline, only telling me ways to bend the legs back to normal or send replacement parts. The entire thing is now unsafe because the frame and two legs have bent, I need a replacement trampoline, not just a couple legs. I was also told by Sam's that they couldn't do a replacement of the trampoline, just parts. I am so incredibly frustrated with customer service on both fronts; how do they expect me to put my daughter in danger by jumping on a clearly defective and poorly made trampoline? Don't buy this!

Very pleased with my purchase!

I purchased this trampoline for my 2 and 4 year olds for Christmas 2017. Almost a year later it is still a favorite toy. All of their friends love to come over to jump on it and it is especially cool because we have a trampoline in our basement. It keeps them entertained during the long winters or on rainy days. I like the safety net and that it is low enough to the ground that they can get in and out by themselves. The kids have torn at the blue bumpers that are foam and similar to pool noodles which is the only drawback but definitely not a deal breaker. Very pleased with this purchase.

The trampoline was a great buy, the screws on the poles could of been bigger and wider keeping the pole tight but so far that has not reard it's head to be a problem yet. The unit took a little longer to assembel because the instructions was very vague at points but with the help of the picture on the box we did it. The price was a good deal to me,I didn't shop around but my Grandson has many hours of jumping and laughing to make the purchase worth every cent.

For my HOPPY 2 year old

I my little boy is delighted with this. It is a size that fits for me to have it inside for his use. I can see his coordination improving in the short time that he has been using it. I do not know that I could have found something comparable and as enjoyable for the cost. The only complaint that I have is that the instructions, I found, were a bit confusing when it came to the safety netting. I assembled it inside out, therefore it took what was relatively easy and made it more time consuming. For the record, the net goes outside of the padded perimeter posts.

Do not buy this if you care for your children

Got this, almost to the day, 14 months ago and have had various little problems, but today a spring broke and launched itself at my 8yr old, cutting his back. Cant imagine if it hit his eye, throat, or 3yr old sister. This is unacceptable, especially given how much "kids' safety" is touted for this.

Great product!

We have had this trampoline for over a year and a half - it was outside for several months before coming inside - and it has held up VERY well! I have a five and three year old who love it! We just ordered it for our nephew and niece for their basement too. It's a great way for them to get out some energy during the winter/rainy days! The netting around has held up well and I feel that they're more secure inside it! A friends boy who is 8 still enjoys it tho he's getting to be close to too big for this model.

Missing 12 drill holes, takes long to assemble.

I'm your average mid 30s Mom and it took me 2 days to assemble, because the item was missing 12 drill holes in the steel pipes, which make up the frame. Without the holes, I cannot attach 12 springs. The spring coils attach from the jumping mat to the frame. So without holes, I cannot attach 12 springs!! That means the jumping mat will have uneven tension in the corners and will not be taut the entire way through. That means some parts of the jumping mat near the corners will have soft drips instead a taut, even mat. I physically could not return the product to Sam's Club because the boxed contents weigh like 80 lbs and would need 2 people and a large trunk / large car to fit through. It's just too heavy, too much work. Due to the lack of holes, I had to drill 12 holes with a drill bit designed to cut steel. Even after making the holes, the spring coils would not fit through the hole well so I had to use a hammer. It took about 8 hours over 2 days to make this. Another tip for those who already purchased it: When attaching the netting, I suggest you put the netting around the frame FIRST, THEN attach the arch top frame. It is less confusing than what the manual vaguely wrote out to do. Doing this will ensure the netting is facing the correct direction, with the green flap on the outside, not inside / flipped inside out. Finally, after much labor I finished the trampoline and my son had a blast. The trampoline Company needs to check the materials that are Made in China for QUALITY CONTROL!! Like missing holes!!
