That being said, I really don’t understand the point of these. My hair wasn’t any silkier, smoother or stronger. I still had my usual frizz and the overall health and appearance did not change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have experienced some thinning of my hair since I had my last child, I also have some medical issues as well so I know nothing with 100% fix my hair. I had the thickest curly hair throughout my life, so it's been a challenge. I've implemented some different oils in my hair, new shampoo/conditioner as well as these gummies which I've tried for a month. I have noticed that the fallout has reduced a huge amount, I have implemented many different things so I can't say for sure if these gummies are helping 100% I do want to add that these gummies taste great, and I like that there's vitamin c in there to help your body absorb the biotin. If you're really looking for a solution to help hair thinning then I say give these gummies a shot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that many people have different opinions on this shampoo but for me it’s amazing! I definitely think the only reason people have problems is because they don’t pick out the Monday shampoo that’s meant for their hair type.

This is such and nice product and I love the way it made my hair feel afterwards period from getting the container and falling in love with the pink to using this product, this is definitely one of my new favourites. It was really easy to put on my hair and afterwards the ends were super soft. It is strong and scent but I definitely don't mind it because it's a very pleasant scent. The ends of my hair got a lot smoother and I also adored that this is vegan. This is a brand that I will continue using. *I received this product for free but all opinions are mine.

It smells like baby powder. The fragrance is different than the shampoo even tho it's the same “smooth” line. My hair felt very soft after using this conditioner. It is not very thick but it still did its job. I dried my hair after using it and I felt like my hair was a little dry. I will give it another try so my hair can get used to it. I used to use Nexxus shampoo and conditioner.

The shampoo smells very clean, almost like lemon. It cleaned my hair very nice. At first, I had to use a few pumps to get the residue off my hair but as soon as I rinsed the first time, two pumps worked to lather my whole hair. I felt my hair a little dry after drying it but I will give another try so my hair can get used to it. (I used nexxus before)

On my search for shampoo and conditioner that don't weigh my fine hair down but still giving me moisture I can across Monday. I use this and the volume conditioner and my hair feels moisturized but still full of life and not weighed down. After using this combination I have been able to reduce the amount of leave in products i use as well. It also seems to be fairly color friendly as I have a large orange section of my hair as well as jet black dyed hair and I don't see any more fading than I would with a specific color shampoo. It gets my hair clean without completely stripping it. When this gone. I will definitely be purchasing the larger size

This shampoo and conditioner made my hair dry and gave me rashes on my scalp.
