[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let me start by saying I really wanted to love this product. They taste AMAZING! By far the best supplement gummies I have ever had. That being said, I really don’t understand the point of these. My hair wasn’t any silkier, smoother or stronger. I still had my usual frizz and the overall health and appearance did not change.

I used this along with the shampoo. While the packaging is beautiful and I love the pump dispenser, I was not impressed with the results. It is supposed to make your hair smooth but mine felt a little bit drier than with the conditioner and shampoo I normally use. It does detangle very well however which is important because I have curly hair.

But I have seen great results after a few washes with the MONDAY Haircare SMOOTH Shampoo and Conditioner! It smells great as well! This conditioner smelled great, and in conjunction with the shampoo, it helped to leave my hair soft, smooth and more manageable. The scent was really nice, as well. The consistency was a little thinner than typical conditioners but it rinsed out really well. The packaging is great for the price and I really like that it uses clean ingredients and sustainable packaging. Overall I noticed my hair had less frizz in my typical problem areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There isn’t really a fragrance to this shampoo, it’s smells maybe like a clean, natural oil, it’s not bad. The lather is good. My hair was left feeling beautifully soft but unfortunately it didn’t help with frizz at all. Might just be the wrong shampoo In the range for me.

Monday Hair Conditioner & Shampoo is a gentle formula, has a very light floral scent and feels extremely smooth, paraben free, sls free. Cruelty free, dermatologically tested and the best part made with recycled plastic which is not fantastic of course if it is just great !!! also leaves your hair soft and helps protect the treated color is just amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with a lot of experience with hair vitamins, I was both excited & nervous about trying these gummies. I’m one who I believe either has a biotin sensitivity (in large quantities), or get enough from my food because whenever I take vitamins with large amounts of biotin (with the exception of another brand’s hair gummies), regardless of how much water I drink with them, my face has broken out in cystic acne. As such & because my birthday was coming up and I was going out of town, I decided to wait until I got back to start the gummies. So glad I did. After taking the first gummies, the next day, I woke up with a large cystic pimple on my chin (and I’ve been drinking loads of water this week). I almost gave up after that, but decided to try taking one gummy a day (half a serving) to see if that helped. I got another cystic pimple, this time in the middle of my forehead, but it was a bit smaller in size. Unfortunately, I’m not willing to compromise my skin to see if I’ll receive the benefits the gummies claim to provide so I will not be taking them anymore. That is why I gave a neutral rating because I can’t say whether or not they do what they claim because I only took them for about 1 week. I will say that they are delicious & I wish I could keep taking them just for the taste alone, lol. They taste like strawberry gushers without the juicy center (texture and all), or like a strawberry fruit roll up to me. I’m sad I wasn’t able to give an in depth review, but will try to give them away & update based on their results since it didn’t work out for me.

The MONDAY Haircare | Smooth Shampoo compares excellent to other products I've tried. The shampoo deep cleans and gets all the product out of my hair from the day. I would definitely buy this product. I would highly recommend this product to my friends and family.

I made an effort to take these every single day because I really wanted to see some progress with my hair. I haven’t noticed any side effects from the large amount of biotin, and my body seems to tolerate the gummies well. They taste delicious, are easy to chew, and the packaging is super cute. My hair does feel softer and fuller, but not significantly so. I will keep using this product for a while and I hope to see just a little bit more benefit over time
