My daughter received the lunch bag as a birthday gift and she absolutely adored the pattern and the color. The bag was big enough for a lunch box plus a small juice box, and it also had a side pocket for water bottle. My daughter loved it so much we also got matching ice packs few weeks later. After using it for less than 6 months, one of the seams on the handle started to fray. I contacted Bentgo customer service and the rep was really nice and responsive. The rep replied within 48 hours after I sent the email, honored the warranty without a hassle, and agreed to send a new lunch bag. I had a great experience with the products and Bentgo customer service. I would highly recommend it!

This has held up for two years and are just now needing a new one but unfortunately my soon to be 2nd grader boy doesn't like these choices, they are more toddler/Kinder focused so not sure if we will be purchasing another. Please make a plain color option. We are not ready to go to the adult size lunch bag just yet.

I purchased the entire rainbow and butterflies matching set for my daughter. She loves pink and mama loved that this set, while pink, included a variety of colors mixed in so that it still compliments her many school looks. The lunch bag is great! I love how it can easily attach to the back pack so kiddos can keep their hands free and I love that it’s large enough to fit more than just the bento box. I add yogurt/pudding/fruit cups, capri drinks, chip in baggies, etc in addition to the bento box to keep my kid satisfied all day when away from home. it’s held up well since the first day of school (used daily) which points to it’s great quality. Definitely recommend.

I ordered that bag at August 22, received it only at September 7. Okay, size of that bag is amazing, colors cute. But what about quality? At first lock going so difficult - I was thinking maybe it's new bag and it need time, but today I see that rubber band of side pocket is torn-we don't put there anything, cause everything fit inside bag(as I say size is amazing). Bentgo, would you replace that bag,which was used only 3 days?

This bag is sturdy and well made. However, the sizing is frustrating for me as most camps/schools ask to pack a snack and a lunch and this bag won’t fit both the lunch box and the snack box. If all I wanted to pack is the lunch box, it’s too big/too much bag for that alone. This would work if you’re packing the lunch box with other small stuff around it but that’s not what I need it for.

We purchased one of these at the beginning of the school year as we are a fan of bentgo boxes but finding a lunch box to fit was a struggle. I was disappointed when the water bottle holder didn’t hold up…but I contacted customer support and they were willing to replace it! My son’s school doesn’t have a cafeteria and we have no problem packing his school day snack, fill lunch, and his afterschool daycare snack all in this one lunchbox.

I am glad the brand holds up its customer service. I got one of their lovely lunch bags but for some reason the zipper broke. Was a little disappointed as the quality was great size was perfect for my sons bag and it keeps his lunch nice and cold. So I got in touch with them and told them my situation. I couldn’t find the receipt for the life of me but did register. Abby was understanding and help me find a resolution. Will be a returning customer!

Very nice quality lunch bag with plenty of room for the lunch box, ice pack, and extras. My Kindergartner can have a drink in the classroom during the day, so the drink compartment on the side is especially handy. I wish it was machine washable, but spot cleaning it is. Hopefully the pattern will hide major dirt/spots. I ordered 2 and the zipper of one gets stuck frequently, which caused the fabric to rip. Customer service was great and offered to send me a replacement bag in about a week.

I love our Bentgo boxes but finding a lunch box that fits them perfectly had been a challenge, finally broke down and got the Bentgo Lunch bag. It fits the larger stainless bentgo box perfectly with plenty of space to spare. I am able to make sure my daughter has her lunch and snacks all in one place.

Our bentgo insulated lunch bag has been amazing at keeping everything at the desired temperature, drink cold and has been extremely easy for my little guy to use. The lunch bag is easy to wipe down making it look new and holds his bentgo 5 compartment lunch box with extra space for a drink inside so it stays cool.
