I got this for my 4th grader perfect size ,no spills , happy kid ! Perfect ! Bag has 2 big zippers too 1 outside and 1 inside which are so usefull and the side mesh pocket is big enough to hold his juice ,even adjust a small danimal smoothie in it safely. Straps are very sturdy and easy to carry , design is vibrant and cute too. Have been using Bento Boxes and Bento lunch bags for so many years. Our whole family is a fan. Cant trust anyother brand other than this one. Amazing customer service too. They really care for their customers.

I bought one for each of my kids and they both love it! One takes it to the babysitter and the other to school. The Bengto lunchbox fits perfectly inside with room to spare for other snacks. I also like that there are two different ways to hold the bag depending on what you put in it! Highly recommend.

I bought this lunch bag with the matching lunch box for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch bag to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. This Bentgo bag is amazing! It holds the cold throughout the day using the Bentgo Ice Packs inside the zipper pouch. Because they have a pouch for the Ice Pack, there is no contact with food items and keeps the Bentgo Pop box cold for 8+ hours for my child. The shoulder strap is incredible and gives her options to carry this bag. It works!

We have been buying the bentgo kids lunchboxes for years! We finally decided to get my daughter a bentgo lunch bag to go with it and it was one of her favorite birthday gifts. The quality is great, the customer service is wonderful. The price is great compared to other fancy brands we have tried.

My daughter received the lunch bag as a birthday gift and she absolutely adored the pattern and the color. The bag was big enough for a lunch box plus a small juice box, and it also had a side pocket for water bottle. My daughter loved it so much we also got matching ice packs few weeks later. After using it for less than 6 months, one of the seams on the handle started to fray. I contacted Bentgo customer service and the rep was really nice and responsive. The rep replied within 48 hours after I sent the email, honored the warranty without a hassle, and agreed to send a new lunch bag. I had a great experience with the products and Bentgo customer service. I would highly recommend it!

We have the lunchbox and matching bento box. Love both products -we can fit the bento box and other containers/food in the lunchbox. The bento box is leakproof and holds the perfect amount of food for my 1 and 3 year olds. Also for some minor issues we had the customer service is great!

This is a really great lunch bag with plenty of room and compartments. My only issue is there’s nowhere to put my child’s name on the bag which is a requirement at his daycare. With all of the things they think of with their products, how did they not think to have somewhere to label it?

So happy with this product that I bought two for lawyer me: dinosaur and solid blue. The dinosaur one I bought for fun, but then I needed to also buy the solid blue one because the dinosaur print clashed with my Batman lunchbox. :) For you non-whimsical adults, know that the product is solid Bentgo fare, easy to wash, holds much more food than Bentgo kids, and easily fits in standard LL Bean lunchboxes.

Cute bag! My dino-nut 6 year old was thrilled with the design. Construction seems solid. The insulation seems to be decent. However, it's only the 5th day of school and the zipper jammed on the fabric trim inside the lunchbox and he couldn't get his food out. The lunch helpers at school couldn't get it open either. I was able to get it unjammed at home (after a lot of struggling), but it ripped a hole in the trim. Now it's going to be even more likely to get caught again.
