The serving size if perfect for adults and kids, the flavors are delicious and not too sweet, you take a bite and you can taste the fruits that melt in you mouth, this are so healthy and I feel good giving them to my kids, the box fit perfectly in our stand up freezer but can also be taken out as it comes with individual small boxes!
