I’ll never use cane sugar again!! I use the sugars for my tea and baking. Works perfectly. Looking forward to trying it with my Christmas baking because I expect it to taste the same.

This stuff does not dissolve in water so was completely useless for my intended use to make myself some sweet sugar free drinks. Maybe baking sweets is a different story - I'll give it a try.

Our family has completely switched from sugar to Lakanto Classic. Also use Lakanto pancake syrup. I love that I can substitute 1:1 for sugar and no difference in taste.

I use this monkfruit for everything! I don't use any other sweetener besides this because I like the taste, texture and that it doesnt affect blood sugar. I powder the monkfruit with my Vitamix which only takes about 10 seconds!
