This is the best sugar-free sweetener I've ever used. I use it every morning in my coffee and in all my baked goods and other recipes that call for sugar. it's definitely the closest substitute for sugar that I've tried, and I like that I don't have to do math in my head to figure out how sweet it is (I'm looking at you, stevia).

Monkfruit has no nasty after-taste like I get from stevia. And this version is granulated and measures just like regular sugar. Very easy to use -- no guesswork to get the correct amount of sweetness. And it provides a satisfying little crunch when I use it on cereal or cinnamon toast!

Lakanto is definitely my go to sweetener for keto desserts. You can make pies, cakes, cookies, just about anything without any weird taste or texture (as long as you make sure the sweetener is fully melted before incorporating into certain types of things.) Great product though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Lakanto monkfruit sweetener as a sugar replacement in 4 different dishes so far. In macaroni salad and oatmeal cookies, I tasted and felt like there was no difference between Lakanto and white granulated sugar. In brownies and mini cheesecakes there was significant texture differences and some taste differences. The brownies were turned out harder and tasted more like a rich fudge. The cheesecakes dropped in the middle and did not spring back. All and all I’m pleasantly pleased with the results. I wanted to try different recipes using Lakanto so I could get a genuine review. I don’t usually like alternatives to Sugar, but Lakanto Classic Sweetener is a homerun. I have used it in several recipes and in my coffee with superb results. I amply recommend this product to all of those wanting to keep calories low and good tasting food/drinks high

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an amazing baking party with Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener and even though i am the only keto person at the party everybody loved it! I made 2 trays of chocolate chip cookies and a pumpkin pecan cake with cream cheese frosting. Yummy!

Why would you change something that was so awesome? The Classic Sweetner had the same texture as sugar, now in this new shipment I just got, it's like powder. It is sticking to the side of my glass container like other cheaper tasting and less appetizing substitutes did. To top it all off, it even taste different. Nothing like what I have received in the past. I have recommended this product to tons of your customers. in fact, I was supposed to deliver a bag to a friend of mine that owns a local Mexican restaurant because he has been diagnosed with prediabetes and is looking for something better than what he is using for his tea and coffee. I told him all about your company and how awesome the Classic Sweetner is . He has even seen me at time bring in a small glass container with your product in it so I could add it to my tea at the table. I told him it looks just like sugar. The texture is like sugar, it feels like sugar and tastes like sugar......but now it's just another cheap powder and does not taste at all like it did earlier this year. Really not happy now with my 30lbs that just arrived today.
