To me the only drawback is it is a little on the expensive side but I try to catch it on sale. And also I buy in the bigger quantities; that tends to save a little also

Honestly, this sugar substitute is pretty decent. It smells like a bakery at first smell. The only drawback I see is that it is a 1:1 ratio, so it is a bit pricey. We have been using it mostly for our coffee in the mornings. All in all, Classic Monkfruit is a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this monkfruit sweetener to bake chocolate chip cookies for a tryazon party I was hosting. Tryazon and Lakanto provided the sugar for me! My cookies turned out delicious and almost everyone said they would have never known the difference!

I have really enjoyed knowing the monkfruit sweetener is much healthier than many, if not all, of the other substitute sweeteners. So many chemicals in everything else and if you're trying to cut back on traditional sugar this is an outstanding alternative.

It taste great in lemonade and bake goods. It's sweeter than regular sugar so I use less than recipes require. I like that it's zero carbs and calories!!! I had never tried monkfruit until I was selected by Tryazon and Lakanto to host the Lakanto Fall into Baking party for free. I am a fan and will continue using.

Lakanto is the first sugar alternative I've tried that has no aftertaste! I love the classic, golden, and drinking chocolate. I found that the drops do have an aftertaste and was very disappointed. Lakanto sweeteners are the only brand I'll purchase going forward.

Perfect for baking. No strange taste, no aftertaste. Blends well with baking recipes. I use it in coffee and tea. It has the most pure taste of tithe sweeteners that I have tried. It’s and easy substitute in a traditional recipe. I use as a replacement in all recipes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried Lakanto's white Monkfruit sweetener a couple of ways so far and found it to be a fairly good replacement for regular sugar. There was a recipe on the Lakanto website for a skinny margarita mix and I tried it; I made a simple syrup with the sweetener and did notice that once it cooled down, the sweetener crystallized and separated from the water, but that was easily taken care of by mixing/shaking the syrup. The skinny mix was terrific and not too sweet. Also, I baked some cookies with a recipe sent to me with the sweetener. Although my husband liked the cookies, I found that they baked much differently with the sweetener than they would with regular sugar, and came out rather hard. I am a baker, so that is the reason for the 4 stars from me. The sweetener is a good product for those of us who need to watch our sugars as it has a zero glycemic index and is naturally made from Monkfruit. I made blueberry and raspberry scones with the monk fruit sweetener and I could not tell the difference of using monkfruit instead of sugar! My scones tasted amazing! I am super impressed!
