It keeps the perfect temperature for the freezer and the fridge with produce and beverages. Not only is it very nice looking but it doesn't show finger/hand prints. I highly recommend this refrigerator!

It even has WiFi that allows you to adjust the settings remotely and receive notifications if something goes wrong or a door is left open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks wise, it nice and easy to clean with just a simple stainless steel cleaner and microfiber or paper towel so very hygienic. It can fit a lot in the fridge but the freezer is on the tad tiny side but if you puzzle it works well. I will say the noise and energy used for this fridge is way better than my last and it makes my food stay better for longer.

I bought this fridge and has just been delivered. I had a Samsung 29cuft French Door fridge with the freezer on the bottom (both ice makers on it went out after a couple of years). The freezer on it was on the bottom and not user- friendly. I bought an LG 27cuft side by side door in door model, and it could fit more than the 29cuft and was more accessible. After the LG went out, I bought this one, and it is ok; less shelves, no adjustable shelves (ie only 1 height of their choosing), small, almost useless bins at the bottom. I did not purchase another LG due to the door in door model was almost double the price, and the shelves on the door in door model were removed. The ice maker on the LG went out after a couple of years. We will see how long the ice maker lasts on this one.

After only 1.5 years, my Samsung refrigerator is rusting, yet they refuse warranty service by labeling this corrosion as "cosmetic damage". Other appliances in the same environment show no wear. I am seeking a solution for this, as I believe it is a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear, and I've already tried complaining to them and they are refusing the warranty - they advertise a 2 year warranty but find anything to refuse it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is great ! It keeps food fresher longer and it keeps everything ice cold. I don't love the warning beep it gives you when the door is open but I suppose that would be great for someone who is forgetful. I love the look of the model as well , it has a lot of room and holds enough food for this family of six! The only complaint I have is the ice maker… for some reason it stops working for periods of time and I have downloaded the app and it trouble shoots it and nothing is wrong with it. You push the test button and nothing happens. Then all of a sudden it works for a bit then again the same thing.
