I have been drinking 12 year old for 6 years now. I sip with 2 ice cubes.

It’s our favorite whiskey. Me and my friends we love it. The taste the essence is just perfect for us.

Great tasty whisky ,Strong fruit and flower notes on the nose. Very sweet taste, more so than most other single malts of similar age and price. Very flowery taste, but with some wood notes that bring some balance. Finish is long and sweet. It’s a must-have, a stereotypical Speyside that gives you an enjoyable introduction, or revisit, to that region’s distilleries !! Let me know what you think !!

This is a nice sipper when you want the classic malt taste and just the right amount of fruit and Floral notes that you get some the 12 year old. This is a nice delicate scotch that you can give to your non scotch drinking friends and introduce them to the world of single malt.

Every time I have a wee dram (or four) of The Glenlivet, I think back to my first taste. High School Student, able to drink across the bridge from Missouri over in Illinois. Picking up date at her house for a dance, her not ready. Her father asking if I would like something to drink. Me saying yes, Dad saying here have some Scotch Whisky. Been a fan ever since. Many years later took him a bottle, a few months later he passed away and his daughter told me he had just a wee dram before he passed. Thanks Mr. Port for the memories.

This doesn’t compare to the 15 year Glenlivet but it comes at a better price point so that’s a perk! If you’re not too picky with your whiskeys this one tastes great - if you haven’t had it, it’s definitely worth a try! The Glenlivet Single Malt Whisky Scotland 12 Yo 750Ml Bottle

My favorite go-to Scotch. Taste is excellent, smooth & well worth savoring straight, on ice or with a little water. For me, don't add anything. I like at room temperature but is good cooler, too. There are stones that you can freeze and cool your drink without decreasing the excellent flavor & bite.

I tried it last year. Because I was getting tired of beer. My uncle lived to 991/2 years he always said his key to his long life was a wee shot of scotch. Never got the changes to share with him So scotch it would be I believe I am on my 7 bottle of Glenlivet 12 Sainte

The Glenlivet Single Malt Whisky Scotland 12 Yo 750Ml Bottle; I just love a double shot of this single malt whiskey. Nothing compares in this category. I like to this with a cigar on my birthday and New Year’s Day. Very Smooth and velvety, most whiskey drinkers prefer this type over anything blended. I would recommend it!

For many years, maybe going back to the 'Northwest Airlines' era, Glenlivet was on the drinks trolly on flights from Boston to Amsterdam and back. Then, the exact time escapes me, 4-5 years ago, the Glenlivet disappeared from the flights now on Delta that acquired NWA in 2009. The single malt onboard, the Macallan, is only available in Business Class. As a Million Miler, I request and usually get a dram or two. Still miss the Glenlivet. Thanks.
