twisted, uneven, one bar has a different sets of dents that is needed to place the last shelf, meaning, u cant place the last shelf evenly. plastic materials are very cheap and falls apart easily, not sturdy , u got to spend time and money to reinforce it. like the size since u can place it in a small space in a closet (instead of shelving) which works tho since is twisted and cheap looking, u cant show this up in ur living room or up front. pictures are nicer than the actual item.

I bought this because I needed something that could be wheeled from room to room in case I'm doing larger craft projects or if I have someone over and we're doing projects together in my kitchen. This is perfect. I can hold all of my supplies on one shelving unit that rolls. I didn't need it high, so I didn't add the second set of posts, but I still am using the 4 shelves. It works perfectly for what I need.

Bought 2 of these to go with some others that I have that are similar. Put the first one together & one of the shelves just kept going down the shaft, I noticed that the split kept getting wider as the weld didn't close it & it went all the way over the plastic sleeve.

We purchased 2 of these. The threading inside the poles is rusted, so you can't get it entirely put together. The welding in the shelves is pitiful. The round brackets that the pole fits through is not straight so it throws everything off square. We managed to salvage enough from the 2 kits to put 1 together. I don't think I've ever had this much trouble putting a shelf together and there's 6 of them in my garage.

Another example of a company trying to make more money than making a quality product. The finish scratches extremely easy. Once I had this put together, it looked rough. It wasn't even close to being level. Tore it down and tried again and still wombly. The clips slide out of position too easy during assembly. I have a chrome set I've had for over 15 years and it's night and day comarison in quality. I bought this one yesterday and it's going back today.

I ordered two; one was new but the other was with packaging that had scorched places in the plastic and plastic clamps, which did not all work together, also, one pole did not have same markiings as as other three, meaning the indentations where clamps go were not at same level because three matched exactly and forth pole did not line up indentation markings

For the price of these they really aren't that bad, but you have to be aware they are not real high quality. I have purchase 4 of these and the last 2 just recently. The quality has gone down farther since the first purchase. The tubing is so thin you can see the thread marks from the outside and the grooves for the plastic clips are not very deep. Had some problems with the clips sliding down during assembly. Also know that if you use the casters that come with it the total capacity is only 300 lbs. With the leveling feet it is 300 lbs. per shelf. Like I said, for the price you are paying you can't expect too much and I wouldn't load them up too much.

I needed an idea for my plants in front of my sunny window. Then I saw a variety of different racks while strolling through Sam's items and saw this and thought that would be perfect. It came super-fast, easy to put together, my grandson put it together in about 30 minutes or less and put wheels on it where it can roll anywhere I might want to put it. It comes in different colors of metal also. Nice quality. So nice I am going to order another for the garage for all my gardening tools, gloves, etc. for use in my outside gardening. It is also very sturdy.

Very well made and surprisingly easy to assemble. The only slight surprise, which didn’t matter to me at all, was that I was expecting the shelf unit to be a bright chrome like some other shelves I have, and it really is a medium gray color (not chrome like). I actually liked it better than the chrome or the black which I was afraid would show dust. Totally satisfied, really sturdy and wheels around like nothing too. Also the price from Sam’s Club was significantly cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

I needed a shelving unit smaller than the 4' x 18". This was perfect size for my need plus it has wheels which was a must have. It is sturdy enough for my use. One issue I had was in one spot where I wanted to put a shelf the black sleeves would not stay. Kept sliding down. I had to put vice grips under the black sleeves and pound the shelf down with a rubber mallet until it "locked" in place. This was only one corner of one shelf. If not for this I would have given it 5 stars.
