One of the poles was bent. It was very difficult to put together. I've bought similar shelves over the years and never had a problem. I did finally get it cobbled together and decided to keep it since it sits in a closet and it took so long to get it. Also, I had to place a shim under one leg because it wasn't level.

I would give the shelving unit a solid 4 1/2. It arrived in good shape. It was fairly easy to put together. We had a couple problems getting the black rings to not keep sliding down. Once we got them to stay the rest was fairly easy. Works great for what we wanted it for.

I actually love the shelving unit, it's perfect for my needs. The issue I have is that the packaging had previously been opened, the straps that held the poles together had been cut on both sets and one of the shelves was damaged. We put it together anyway because we needed it. It's gine now that it's together and the damaged shelf doesn't affect the use of it.

Hard to get shelves level. I used a rubber mallet to help push them on, the wires bent easily. The plastic connectors seemed very flimsy. Once put together it feels sturdy enough, having wheels is handy. Definitely wouldn't call it heavy duty but will pass for what I need it for.

I bought a set of these for my utility room to store crockpots and other small appliances on, but my husband talked me into letting him have this set for his storage room. We ended up buying 2 more sets. These are great shelves for the price. They are very sturdy and don’t look cheap like others I had looked at purchasing.

this is a nice rack for small light weight items , easy to assemble , great price and shipping . So why only 3 stars ? because this is a painted rack using argent colored paint ! NOT CHROME PLATED ! during assemble the paint rubbed off during assembly leaving bear metal and now rust spots ! other than the paint issue we like this little shelving unit , but because of the paint peeling issue we would buy again nor recommend to others .

This is a great shelf unit. It was simple to assemble once I figured out that the shelf stabilizers need to be placed into the grooves of the poles. I like that the shelf heights are customizable. I am using it in a closet to organize craft items. It would be a great shelf in the laundry room as well.

The directions to assemble this item are fantastic. Easy to read and follow. At first glance the task appeared complicated but thanks to outstanding engineering tha product went together easy. The cart is extremely sturdy due the construction design. It will be used as a prep table and as a serving buffet in the living room.

This is the second Seville Classic 4 tier rack we have purchased. Happy to get this one $10 less than the 1st we bought. We use the racks/shelving in our bulk storage room. It gets all the extra products we buy off the floor and neatly organized. When we first started shopping Sam's and stocking up on sale products we had the 1st rack. It worked so well it was a no brainer to get another once the need arose and the shelving went on sale. Good quality, stout enough to hold heavy bags of supplies, canned goods, etc. Goes together easily and the wheels make it easy to roll into place and lock down. Yo can also go with feet in lieu of the wheels.

easy to put together and holds quite a bit. I bought it for extra shelving in our laundry room to keep extra TP, laundry soap, facial tissues...etc I love that it is on wheels since where it's placed we have to be able to move it to get to our furnace to change the filter
