I knew I could expect the high quality of the shelves, because I purchased them in the past. The added shelf covers where another improvement. The fact that I could have them delivered free to my residence also made me glad that I had Purchased an upgraded Membership. The delivered shelf boxes weighed almost 100 pounds each. Either you will need a dolly or a strong young body.

Some interesting points about this item: 1. Easy to install. Best if you have a rubber mallot to tap shelves into place. 2. This unit assembles as a single 6 shelf unit on wheels or on adjustable feet. 3. This unit can be assembled as two 3 shelf units - one on casters/wheels the other on adjustable feet. 4. the unit on casters has a total limit of 500 lbs or 3600 lbs if not using the wheels. I am not sure if this is a missprint or not. But what is interesting is that you can morph this unit into what suits you best. For me I have a single 4 shelf unit on casters. No tools required, but a rubber mallot is helpful. A regular hammer might chip the finish.

When we set up our company "archives" originally, I got cheap plastic shelving because we needed so many units. The plastic shelves sagged, cracked and chipped and weren't quite the right dimensions. When we needed more shelves, I chose these Seville shelves. They were the perfect dimensions for archives boxes and actually hold twice as many as the non-adjustable plastic shelves. The vinyl shelf liners made it easier to slide boxes in and out. I didn't have high expectations for the wheels, anticipating cheap little wheels that would drag more than roll but these wheels are larger and heavy duty and actually roll! So now I am able to wheel an empty rack anywhere in the building, load it with archives boxes and simply leave the rack already organized in the warehouse archives. At the end of the year, I can wheel the older files out to the shredder right on the rack. No loading and unloading handcarts! My CEO was so pleased with the efficiency of the Seville racks that he allowed me to replace all of our crumbling plastic shelving with Seville racks. These Seville Shelves are cheaper than other heavy duty chrome shelves and are better quality than "decorative" chrome shelves.

Very sturdy and great capacity. I did not use the wheels but the leveling feet it was very easy to adjust and make stable. Assembly was a challenge for one person, too many parts. A measuring tape was helpful to get the shelves level. Have a plan as to what you want to store on each shelf; they are difficult to move once the unit is assembled. Highly Recommend!

Super sturdy & you can easily adjust shelves to any height & spacing you want. Easy to assemble, not tools needed. After attaching the wheels to the 4 vertical posts I would suggest installing a couple of shelves before attaching the the other 4 vertical posts.

Mostly happy with the shelving, but the threads where stripped/defective on two of the upper pole sections and it looks like the manufacturer is out of replacement poles. Structurally, the shelves are stable and strong, so I can still make use of the lower section using 3 shelves instead of the full set of 5 shelves.

This shelving unit is excellent quality, very sturdy and rolls easily on smooth surface. As a tall senior female, I was able to assemble it by myself, altho' it would have been easier with 2 people. The plastic cuffs that hold the shelves kept popping off while sliding the shelves onto them, but I won, finally! I have been using it as a vertical sorting station as I reorganize rooms and closets. It will go in the garage eventually.

We have several dozens of these units collected over a couple decades. We install four shelves on each rack and hang the extra shelves on "S" hooks between the units making 3-rack super-units. Then we store most equipment in Rubbermaid tubs. Everything is clean, neat and easily identified. These are the biggest bargain in the shelving business.

I bought this to use for my seed starting in the spring. It has worked wonderfully. I can move the plants to sun, easily turn and rearrange the shelves. As the plants grew it was easy to reconfigure the shelf heights. When the plants are finally planted in the garden, this will transition to my craft space to house project materials. I am pleased with this shelf. I was able to set it up by myself in about 20 minutes time, and I am a female, 5’6”, in her 50s. The most challenging part was moving the boxed product from the front porch (it was delivered on time to my home) through the front door.

I have bought these for years and have always been happy. In Jan 2023 I bought 8 and a friend of mine bought 10, and there were so many problems. Several of legs were not cut square, when screwing them together would cause the leg to not be straight. Several of the threaded leg connectors were cross threaded into the legs, which caused the top pole to be way out of line. There was rust in many of the holes the legs fit in. The wire from the shelf protruded into a lot of the leg slots, causing the plastic locks to not fit into the hole, and causing uneven shelf heights at each leg. Some of the leg mounts were not properly aligned when welded to the shelf, causing the legs to bow out, making assembly harder. So that I did not have to take them all back, I used a die grinder and smoothed out the holes that the legs go into. I took all the bad parts and returned 1 box instead of 5 out of 8. That is some really poor quality control, never had problems in the past years.
